Agriturismo Uliveto is a small scale olive oil farm close to Assisi and Perugia in Umbria. The apartments for rent and swimming pool are set amidst beautiful old olive trees. Spacious and very well kept holiday farm in Umbria. There are two apartments (actually two apartments and a studio, but the studio is uaually rented together with an apartment) and the welcoming friendly owners live here themselves. Each apartment has private terraces and two bedrooms. Apartment 1: Two bedrooms sharing a bathroom with bath and shower in the bath. One enters in the sitting room on the first floor (which is ground floor level on top of the house because it is built against a hill), with big terrace. There are two bedrooms (a double and a twin) sharing the bathroom. Stairs lead to the ground floor with a big kitchen (with original wood oven) with dining table and wide doors to the outside. The kitchen has a 4 pit gas cooker, fridge and dishwasher. This apartment has, apart from the balcony, two private terraces. One in front of the kitchen and one at the side of the house where the etrance to the sitting room is. One can walk to the pool, about 40 or 50 meters from the house. Apartment 2: One spacious bedroom with double bed and comfortable sitting area with flat screen TV. Bathroom. Kitchen with dining table for 4, private terrace with view on the pool and the olive trees around it. The kitchen is simple, with small fridge and freezer compartment in the fridge, 2 pit cooker and pots, pans and utensils. All to prepare a normal meal. Studio 1: Studio with kitchen in the closet (two pit gas cooker, sink, small fridge and pots and pans). Bathroom with bath and shower in the bath. Double bed and small table with chairs for two. Terrace looks upon the pool and olive trees around the pool. The studio and pool apartment are rented as one unit in the high season, making it a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with private terrace.     The pool is being use by the guests of the apartments and the owners who have young children. The pool is 15 meters long and 7 meters wide and between 1.50 and 2.20 meter deep. There is a washing machine for general use (at a cost f 5 euro per wash, including the washing powder). No pets are allowed to come here and one is not allowed to smoke indoors. There is ample parking. The agriturismo is 1.5 km from the main road to Valfabbrica, in total 5 km from Pianello and also from Valfabbrica. In Pianello as well as Valfabbrica one can do all shopping and there is a bar, gas station and many shops. In the area one can find many restaurants and pizzerie.
