This agriturismo is set in a 100 hectare farm, with farmland, animals (also horses) and a private small lake. Easily accessible (1 km from the Perugia - Gubbio road), yet quiet and very private. In short: an ideal holiday spot and surprisingly well priced. Each apartment has a private outdoor area or terrace where guests can enjoy a home cooked meal, read, relax of sunbathe.  The farmhouse is surrounded by gentle hills with farmland. One sees horses and cows, but also wild animals because the whole area surrounding the farm is a protected area where small wild animals are being bred (pheasants, hare and small game). The agriturismo is situated at 10 minutes by car to Gubbio and 30 minutes to Perugia and Assisi. Saint Francis lived in this area and a famous path is passing not far from the farmhouse. Guests can fish in the lake on the farm or they can take the walk aroud the farm, which are a total of 6 km exclusive for guests. The swimming pool 18 mt x 6 mt with idromassage, set between olive groves and cherry trees. Apartment 5 - Noce: Apartment on the ground floor of 68 sqm with living room and open plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private outdoor space. Suitable for 4 guests. Animals are allowed when paying extra final cleaning of 25 euro. High season is from 5 July to 23 August, plus Easter, Christmas, New Year and other Italian festivities.
