Agriturismo (Italian for farm holiday) with 4 elegant studios and apartments, set in a lovely garden with huge swimming pool (17 meter). The farm is just south of Perugia, not far from Deruta. The apartments have airconditioning and one is suitable for wheelchair users. Availability agriturismo, apartment Salvia (3+1), Allium (2+2), Basilicum (2+1) or Rosmarinus (4+2) Where to find this agriturismo Pictures and information about Umbria Studio Basilicum (30 m2) is ideal for a couple, but in case you would travel with a young child, the third bed can proof useful. The apartment is on the first floor. In the garden you will have your own outside furniture, under a nice pergola. Studio Allium (30 m2) is the same as studio Basilicum, with the difference that here there is a platform with two single beds where children could sleep. In total therefore, you can stay here in 4. On the first floor, also here with garden furniture outside in your own pergola. Apartment Rosmarinus (50 m2) is also on the first floor. There are two bedrooms. One is a twin and one is a double. There is one bathroom. In total you could stay here with 6 people, because there is also a double sofabed. Apartment Salvia (40 m2) is on the ground floor. There is one bedroom with a double and single bed and in the living area with kitchen one extra person can sleep on the chair that turns into a single bed. The apartment is suitable for wheelchair users. This apartment does not have airconditioning. Each first floor apartment of this holiday farm has airconditioning (meaning Salvia does not have airco). The bathrooms have showers and each has its fohn. Each kitchen has a built in fridge, an oven, an american coffee maker and a 4 ring gas cooker. The farm is operating and in certain seasons, you can buy their produce, like excellent melons. The agriturismo works together with a wine producer and therefore you can get a good introduction in Umbrian wines here. There is a spacious room for general use, with fireplace and kitchen. Here is another table tennis table and comfortable area for relaxing. This room for general use is occasionally rented to third people. When renting the whole agriturismo, you can also get this room for exclusive use at a cost of 250 euro per week. The pool has one end specific for children, 80cm heigh. There is also a whirlpool in the pool. The garden has several shady corners with outside furniture. There is a small playground for the children, a table tennis table and a bocce court. The prices are as follows: Basilicum (2+1) low season Euro 430 per week, high season Euro 530 per week. Allium (2+2) low season Euro 470 per week, high season Euro 550 per week. Salvia (2+2) low season Euro 470 per week, high season Euro 610 per week. Rosmarinus (4+2) low season Euro 670 per week, high season Euro 790 per week. High season is from 28 June to 30 August, plus Easter and Christmas and New Year. Low season is all the rest of the year. The final cleaning fee for each apartment is 30 euro. Eventual heating is not included. Use of the airconditioning is 40 euro per week. The washing machine is 4 euro, inclusive of the washing powder. An extra bed is 70 euro per week.
