Downstairs is a large living room with a sleeping coach, a kitchen
and a bathroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and
one with two single beds. There is also a second bathroom with a
washing machine. 80 sqm, Sleeps 4+2 people.
The price for this house is Euro 586 in the low season, 674 in the
middle season and 940 per week in the high season. For a stay of one
week only, the price is 25 euro extra.
Apartment Il Ciliegio 6
This apartment also has two floors. Downstairs is the living room and
the kitchen. On the first floor is a bathroom and two bedrooms, one
with a double bed, one with two single beds. In between floors ,
halfway the stairs is a third room with two single beds. 75 sqm.
Sleeps 6.
The price for this apartment is from Euro 586 per week in the low
season, to Euro 674 pw middle season and Euro 940 in the high season.
Also here you pay 25 euro extra for a stay of only one week.
Apartment La Vite
Here you enter in the living room with a joined kitchen, a bedroom
with a double bed and a bathroom. A small corridor leads up to
another bedroom with two single beds. This bedroom has a veranda
outside. 70 sqm. Sleeps 4.
The price for this apartment is between Euro 513 low season, 587
middle season and Euro 820 per week in the high season. Extra 25 euro
for a weeks stay only.
Apartment L'Olivo
This apartment has two floors. Downstairs the living room with a
large fireplace and a kitchen. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one
with a double bed and one with two single beds, and a bathroom. 70
sqm. Sleeps 4.
The price for l'Olivo is from Euro 513 low season, 587 middle season
to Euro 820 per week in the high season. There is an extra charge for
a stay of one week only of Euro 25.
Apartment for 2, Il Ciliegio 2
Apartment on the ground floor, situated between Ciliegio 6 and Olivo.
The entrance is in the living room, with kitchen corner and big fire
place. A small corridor takes you to the bedroom and bathroom. The
surface is 40 sqm. Sleeps 2.
The price for the apartment for 2 is in the low season Euro 322 per
week, in the middle season Euro 373 pw and in the high season Euro
500 per week. A one week stay incurs an extra charge of 25 euro.

Every apartment has a dishwasher and an oven. There is a washing
machine for everybody to use. Every apartment has garden furniture
and parking is on the premises.

your group. I will double check the availability with my collegues
and then confirm your booking. The booking deposit is 250 euro.
Paciano is centrally situated to visit the art cities both of Umbria
and of Tuscany. It is 35 km from Perugia and 20 km from the motorway
(A1). Lake Trasimeno is 20 km away. Paciano is a picturesque hill
town which, some years ago, has been awarded the best livable and
well-kept medieval village in Italy. Its origins go back to Etruscan
times and it has many medieval buildings like the small church of San
Sebastian and the Porte Fiorentine (Gate). This is a small town with
many amazing buildings to be admired at a stone's throw from
Palazetta Baldeschi. It has a small grocery shop, a nice local bar
with terrace, some good restaurants and a postoffice.
