A vacation home in Umbria one can only dream about. The owner did dream about this house longe before he had the chance to buy it. The moment the house was for sale, he bought it and has not regretted one second since. The vacation home in Umbria has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. It sleeps 6 guests (with the possibility to add one person) in all comfort and is the ideal home for summer and winter, because of the lovely veranda one can close off with glass windows. On top, close to the main road, remote controlled gates are fitted for extra privacy. One parks the car close to the house where the drive way ends. The front door opens into the living room with big fire place and leather sofa's for 6 (or more).       The living room is in one open space with the dining room in an L shape. The dining table can fit 8 people, when enlarged. The dining room has a door to the pool area. Next to the dining room one finds the well equipped kitchen with on the end the veranda (a patio attached to the house that can be closed with glass doors). The veranda has a table and chairs for 6 and a small wood burning stove. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, 4 pit gas hob, big fridge with freezer and a microwave. In the corner one finds a small breakfast table.          On the left of the entrance the stairs (with a guest toilet below it) take you up to the first floor with the three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with bath and shower and the other with shower). One bedroom is a twin that can be made as a double as well. The other two bedrooms and doubles. There is space for one extra bed in the area next to the stairs. The master bedroom has a door to the outside stairs. These stairs go down to the pool area.       The pool is 4 by 8 meters wide and between 1.10 and 1.70 m deep and has roman steps to one side. The pool area is right in front of the house and has flowers, pots, recliners and an outside dining table with wrought iron chairs. The garden is well kept, with a green lawn (a good irrigation system keeps it green throughout summer) and some nice trees, flowers and wonderful views all around. Prices of the vacation home in Umbria 2010: The vacation home can be rented in high season (3/7 - 28/8) for Euro 1700 per week, plus 100 euro cleaning. In May, June (1/5 - 3/7) and September (28/8 - 2/10) the price is 1200 euro per week plus 100 euro cleaning. The rest of the year the price is Euro 1000 per week plus 100 euro cleaning. The pool will be closed in this period. Prices of the vacation home in Umbria 2011: The vacation home can be rented in high season (July and August) for Euro 1800 per week, plus 150 euro cleaning. In May, June and September the price is 1300 euro per week plus 150 euro cleaning. The rest of the year the price is Euro 1000 per week plus 100 euro cleaning. The pool will be closed in this period. In case you would like to stay longer periods, we can agree on a special price. Prices are all inclusive (apart from the cleaning). Bedlinnen and towels are provided. Not included is the use of heating. Guests bring their own pool towels. Animals are not allowed in the house or on the premises. The owners ask a downpayment of 30% of the rental. The security deposit is 400 euro, to be paid upon arrival.
