This stonebuilt Umbrian farmhouse offers two apartments for rental; Sopra, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and Sotto with one bedroom and one bathroom. The apartments are finished to the highest standards of comfort and offer light and spacious accommodation. Both apartments have chestnut beamed ceilings and terracotta floors throughout. The apartments share the use of a swimming pool with the owners. Beautiful setting, tranquility, high quality furniture and surrounded by a tastefully and excellently restored old farmhouse. Availability luxury apartment sopra (4+2) & sotto (2+2) where to find the luxury holiday apartments The top apartment has two bedrooms (one double and a twin) and a sofa bed in the living room. Sleeping 4 + 2. The living room has a large dining area with solid oak table seating six. The bright lounge area has a twin seater sofa and a double sofa-bed and coffee table. The floor to ceiling window gives views over the valley and surrounding countryside. There is TV with Italian satellite receiver and CD player and Radio. The kitchen has a 5 pit gas cooker, oven, big fridge and dishwasher. The second floor has the two bedrooms, each with a bathroom. The bottom apartment (sotto) has one bedroom with bathroom. The bedroom has a door to the private terrace at the side of the house. The living room has an open plan kitchen (kitchen with gas top, oven, big fridge and dishwasher), dining for 4 and two single sofabeds. Also here are tow doors to the front and other side of the house. The pool is at the far end of the property, at the other side of the house where the owners stay when they are in Italy. This house is next to farmhouse with the two apartments for rent. HOW TO BOOK You can book the holiday apartments by sending me an email stating the apartment, number of people and the period. The owners ask a 30% downpayment and the rest 6 weeks prior to arrival.
