Elegantly restored two bedroom first floor apartment in Umbria, within walking distance from an excellent pizzeria, with beautiful views and a nice private terrace looking over the olive grove surrounding the house. The owners of this elegant apartment are an English/Italian couple of musicians (both jazz as well as classic). They will be the perfect hosts for those guests who would like to enjoy the rich musical life in Umbria. Availability Casa del Jazz where is Casa del Jazz situated in Umbria Pictures and information about Umbria The 'Casa del Jazz in Umbria' is situated on the first floor, with outside stairs. Guests can enjoy a sunny breakfast in the morning on the terrace opposite the front door to the apartment on top of the stairs. One enters the apartment in the cozy living room. The two double bedrooms, each with a modern and stylish bathroom, are on the left. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed for two and a nice chair to relax in. On the right of the living room one has the well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, 4 pit gas cooker and everything one needs to prepare a good meal) with a dining table. The washing machine is in the laundry room on the ground floor and lines for drying clothes are outside. The terrace with table, chairs and umbrella is situated below the house. It is on the edge of the olive grove, gently sloping down the hill. The views from here are very nice and undisturbed. The apartment is close to Trestina, between Citta di Castello and Umbertide. Citta di Castello is 15 minutes drive, Umbertide also. Perugia is 40 minutes, as well as Arezzo. There is parking (not covered). The apartment 'Casa del Jazz in Umbria' has a telephone line and will soon have wireless internet access (this would be upon request). The owners will be able to tell you all about the area and introduce you in the rich Umbrian music atmosphere, being a singer and professional (jazz)pianist. Ideal hosts for anybody who would like to get to know Umbria in a different way. No need to say you will enjoy a quiet and private atmosphere in this apartment. The owners live in the top apartment and will not practice piano early in the morning or late at night. They are very serious and dedicated and will do all they can to make your stay memorable (in a positive way!). PRICES OF 'CASA DEL JAZZ IN UMBRIA' The apartment can be rented the whole year round for 700 euro per week, all inclusive. This is for a total of 4 guests. In case you are 5 or 6, the price is 800 euro per week. In the colder months (October - March) one pays 100 euro per week extra for the heating.
