Holiday home in Tuoro sul Trasimeno, on the Tuscany-Umbria border just North of the Lake. Tuoro is a lovely little village. The holiday home sleeps 4 in all comfort. The pool has spacious terraces around it and the garden provides privacy. The balcony on the kitchen side give breathtaking views over Lake Trasimeno. The Dutch owned holiday home Casa Lago Trasimeno is situated in a residential area very close to the old centre of Tuoro. The holiday home is fully furnished and very well appointed. Within 5 minutes one can walk to the centre of Tuoro, with a nice piazza and some shops. The beach on Lake Trasimeno is about 20 minutes walk. There is ample parking for one car in the shade. Behind the parking area one gets to the pool area with terrace. There is also a dining table for 6 under a shaded pergola. The holiday home has an outside staircase with 16 steps to get to the entrance. One enters in the living room with to the right a few steps leading up to the two bedrooms sharing one bathroom (with bath, toilet, basin and washing machine). There is another small bathroom with toilet and shower. The bedrooms are both doubles and have ample closet space.          The pleasantly furnished living room has a comfortable sofa and two armchairs, satelliet TV (with Dutch, English and Italian channels) and DVD player, radio via satellite and a filled bookcase. There is a fireplace. The open plan kitchen is situated  next to the living area and is fitted with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, big fridge with freezer, and 4 pit hub. The living room and kitchen have doors to the balcony with view on Lake Trasimeno. The balcony has a table for 4 and a small bench. There is a big umbrella. All windows have fly screens. The living room has an airco that can be used (not included in the price) The pool is 4 by 8 by 1,50 meter deep and has roman stairs. There is a spacious terrace next to it with sunbeds and recliners and an dining table for 6.       PRICES FOR CASA LAGO TRASIMENO ARE: You can rent this holiday home from April 1 to June 26 and from August 28 to the end of September  for 850 euro per week. From June 26 to August 28 the price is Euro 1275. Prices are including towels for use inside, bedlinnen and utilities. Not included is the final cleaning (70 euro), use of the airco and eventual heating in the colder months. Guests bring their own pool towels.
