The owners are a young Italian couple who have just moved to Perugia, making this apartment available for short term rentals. A real home away from home. availability apartment in town centre not yet online where to find Ripabianca The apartment in the centre of the small town Ripabianca is about 150 square meters. The kitchen with spacious dining table, has a fridge and freezer, 4 pit hob, oven and good working space. The living room has a fire place, two sofa's and a terrace along the whole side of the house, with sun in the afternoon and view on the old tower in front of the building where the apartment is. The three bedrooms are upstairs, sharing one bathroom. The bedrooms can be made as doubles or twins. One bedroom is smaller and has a single bed, but an extra bed could be added. There is no washing machine, but you can bring your washing to a laundry in town centre, where they return everything washed the next day. The apartment has no private parking, but one can park either in town centre or in the small road where the entrance to the apartment is. One does need a car (or bicycle) to visit Umbria. From Ripabianca one can tour perfectly in bicycle. Ripabianca is known for the excellent terracotta they have always produced here. It is very close to Deruta, know for the hand painted ceramics. Ripabianca has a small supermarket with fresh bread and vegetables. There is a butcher and a bar. The closest restaurant, an excellent pizzeria, is about 2 km from the apartment. PRICES In low season you can stay in this apartment for 400 euro per week, sleeping 5 people. Eventual heating not included. In high season (July and August) the price is 515 euro per week, for 5 guests. Bedlinen and towels are not included, but can be rented for 5 euro per person per week. All rest is included. Pets are not allowed.
