Casa Vista Lago is a semi detached holiday house, with incredible views over Lake Trasimeno. The other part of the house is not inhabited, hence the complete privacy of this small house. With 4 or maximum 5 people you can peacefully enjoy Umbria, Tuscany and the splendid nature all around. Within a 10 minutes drive is the village of Tuoro with some good restaurants, shops and every friday morning a market to stroll around for your groceries and a taste of good Italian atmosfere. At less then a kilometre is a good restaurant and bar with again beautiful views over Lake Trasimeno. An extra bed is available. There is a modern bathroom with shower and a well equipped kitchen: fridge with freezer, gas stove, oven and microwave. The living room has an open fire place and large doors to the garden with views over Lake Trasimeno. Underneath the house is a large garage to park the car. The washing machine is in the garage. There is a BBQ in the garden and a large wooden table with chairs at the side of the house. Within 20 minutes there is the now famous town of Cortona, Siena is a 45 minutes drive, Perugia 30 minutes and Assisi 45 minutes. Situated only two hours from Rome and one hour from Florence, this can be your ideal place to explore both Umbria and Tuscany. Prices are as follows: High season (July and August, Christmas and Easter): EUR 650 / week. The rest of the year is low season: EUR 500 / week. Prices are including the use of water, gas and electricity, linen and towels. Heating (when needed) is paid per consumption. Pets are not welcome. The cot can be used upon request for free.
