Casale Cipresso is a traditionally built stone farmhouse, sleeping max 6 guests, sitting within more than two hectares of sloping fields and a small olive grove.  The accommodation enjoys unparalleled panoramic views across the Umbrian landscape, with Todi visible some 20 km to the South.  The property is located in Collazone and as such is within easy reach of some of Umbria's most beautiful towns and villages, including Perugia, Assisi, Spoleto, Deruta, Bevagna and Montefalco (the latter three within 10km).  The accommodation combines traditional Umbrian architecture and local materials, such as chestnut beams and terracotta tiles, with all the essential comforts of modern living. Availability Casale Cipresso Where is Casale Cipresso situated Pictures and information about Umbria The private accommodation, accessed through a long cypress-lined driveway, is framed on two sides by a very spacious veranda.  Downstairs is a large living / dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom.  With another two ample bedrooms upstairs, each with an en-suite modern bathroom, the property comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The 12 by 6 meter pool, surrounded by terracotta tiles, is positioned to take maximum advantage of the fine views and exquisite panorama.  Directly behind the house are woods with extensive walking trails.  With the nearest shopping and restaurants just 4 km away, the accommodation offers absolute privacy, while providing very easy access to the region's famous wineries and gastronomical delights, as well as Umbria's famous cultural patrimony. Accommodation: Ground floor:  fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher; living / dining room with fireplace / TV / DVD / Video and access to the veranda and garden; utility area with washing machine; bedroom with en-suite bathroom (2 single beds) First Floor:  2 bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom (1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds), large balcony. There are three fans in the house, in case it gets very hot. PRICES: In the high season (July and August) the accommodation can be rented for 1700 euro per week. In May, June and September the price is 1350 euro per week. Prices are all inclusive. Telephone usages is not included and eventual heating is also extra. Animals are not allowed. Please also note that this is non smoker accommodation only. Arrival is between 17.00 and 18.00 hrs and departure before 9.30 hrs.
