Casale Fabro is a country house for rent in Umbria which, in the past years, has been carefully restored by a Dutch-Italian couple. The free standing Casale is situated 5 km from Fabro and provides fantastic views over the surrounding hills. Very easy acces from the highway yet completely serene. A great place set in beautiful nature. Casale Fabro is divided into 3 apartments which are rented out as one during high season. Now and then the owner, who lives in Rome, stays in another apartment for a few days. You will have the garden and the swimming pool completely to yourself (the sporadic visit of the owner is barely noticed). The Casale contains 4 sleeping rooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 kitchens in which there are settee-beds for 2 persons. The house for rent can accommodate 10 to 12 persons. The bathroom is equiped with washbasin, douche and toilet and a bidet. Further there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed. The apartment has a large terrace with splendid views and comes equipped with garden furniture to enjoy a meal al fresco.        Apartment 2 (2+2): Apartment 2 also on the first floor exists of living room with a kitchen corner. A void in the living room provides sleeping room for two. The bedroom is situated at the front of the house, the bathroom is located between the bedroom and the living room wich makes it easily accesible for all guests. The bathroom consists of a washbasin, shower and toilet and a bidet. This apartment gives access to a small balcony along the length of the appartment with fantastic views.       Apartement 3 (2+2): Apartement 3 is at the top level of this country house for rent in Umbria. You will be able to enjoy magnificent views. The apartment consists of 2 ample living spaces. In one of these rooms the kitchen and a possibility to create 2 sleeping places can be found. The other very big room contains a large double bed. The bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin is placed between the two rooms.     The owner, when he is there (rarely), occupies the ground floor of the country house. The garden and swimming pool, with 6 wooden deck chairs, are exclusively dedicated to guest use. In the garden there are also a barbeque and table tennis table. The surrounding area of the house contains a few sheds and small houses, one of wich is occupied, but since this doesn't have any views on the garden or swimming pool your privacy is guaranteed. Prices of this country house in Umbria are as follows: High season (3/7 - 28/8): 1700 euro per week for three apartements together. Mid season May, June (1/5 - 3/7) and September (28/8 - 2/10): Apartement 1, 2+2 (with large terrace): 550 euro pw Apartement 2, 2+2 (with prive terrace): 500 euro pw Apartement 3, 2+2 (the loft): 450 euro pw Prices do not include final cleaning (100 euro for the whole house, or 50 euro per apartment) nor heating costs as per consumption (during the cold months).
