There are several terraces around the house and a big pergola attached to the house. The views all around are quiet and peaceful, freely overlooking the Umbrian countryside. One enters the house through the front door, entering the hall with stairs to the first floor. On the right one will find the living room with fireplace, sofa and two comfortable chairs, tv with satellite and dvd player and the kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. On the left there is a double bedroom with bathroom. The first floor has two further bedrooms (both doubles) each with own bathroom (one with shower and the other with a bath). There are two extra single beds available and also a cot. There is a washing machine and iron with ironing board. For children there is a small choldren play area outside.    The holiday rental is around 130 m2 in total, plus the covered terraces. It has recently been fully restored. The villa used to be an old farmhouse. On the property (with fence and gate) the owners have planted many olive trees and the garden furthermore has a few old trees, herbs and roses. The pool is 4 by 8 meters and 1.20 meters deep. You can enter the pool only at one side, from the terrace. The other side is covered with green bushes. There is ample parking at the villa. The nearest bigger town is Marsciano, with shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, post office and banks. The road the the holiday rental is totally paved up to the last 500 meters which is gravel in excellent condition.       Prices of the holiday rental with private pool in Umbria: Low season (before 1/5 and after 2/10): Eur 900 per week (pool closed) May, June (1/5 - 3/7) and September (28/8 - 2/10): Eur 1250 per week July & August (3/7 - 28/8): Eur 1650 per week Prices include the final cleaning, linnen (bed and towels) and use of water, gas and electricity (apart from the colder months where the use of gas is paid as per consumption). No pool towels are provided. The security deposit is 400 euro, to be paid upon arrival.
