The backside of the building is completely fenced and has a well kept garden with a swimming pool of 5m x 12m and large terraces. The furniture in all apartments is good and stylish. In the garden there is a separate large kitchen for everybody to use which contains an oven and a grill for BBQs in summer. Parking is on the premises.   Apartment 'Grey' This apartement is on the ground floor and has a living room with kitchen corner and a fireplace, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom. Sleeps 2. The price for apartment Grey, in Euro per week is Low 605, Middle 690 and High 735. Apartment 'Blue' Situated on the ground floor with a living room with kitchen corner (including dishwasher), two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Sleeps 4. Prices are in Euro per week: Low 625, Middle 725 and High 785. Apartment 'Rosso'.  This apartement is situated on the first floor, with outside stairs. There is a living room with kitchen corner (with dishwasher), two bedrooms each for 2 people and one single bedroom. There are two bathrooms. Rosso is in low season Euro 745 euro per week, medium Euro 880 and high Euro 960 per week. This apartment can be united with apartment Verde, to make an apartment for 9 + 2 guests. Apartment 'Verde' On the first floor, using the same outside stairs as for apartment Rosso. Living room, kitchen (with dishwasher), 2 bedrooms each for two people and 2 bathrooms. Prices are 625 euro per week in low season, Euro 725 medium season and Euro 785 in the high season. This apartment can be united with apartment Rosso to make one big apartment for 9+2 guests. There is a surcharge of Euro 25 for a stay of only one week. The seasons are as follows in 2007: Low season 03/03 - 28/04 and 29/09 - 03/11 Middle season 28/04 - 30/06 and 01/09 - 29/09 High season 30/06 - 01/09 How to book: you can send me an email indicating the apartment name, the period you would like, your address and telephone number and the number of people in your group. Cortona, situated in Tuscany, few KMs from Lake Trasimeno, is a well known tourist attraction. A well kept medieval town still surrounded by its ancient walls. It has a lively atmosphere with bars, restaurants, museums and small shops with antiques. It became world famous through the books of Frances Mayes. Its theatre organises plays, music and opera. Camucia, at its foothill, is only 2 KM from Il Gelso and ideal for your shopping. There is a bank and a post office. The train station has good connections both to Rome and to Florence.
