The holiday apartments close to the medieval town of Gubbio, are
simple but complete and all on the ground floor. The apartments share
a nice garden with 15 meter swimming pool. The pool is fenced.
Two of the holiday apartments are situated in annexes, each of 35 m2, with a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and sofabed in the living room with kitchen corner and TV. The apartments have lawn outside and the annexes are between the main house and the pool, not far from each other. These two holiday apartments are called 'Usignolo' and 'Rondine', each sleep 2+2 guests.
The third apartment rented through VillainUmbria, is called Fagiano. This has a large garden at the back of the main house, so more private and tranquil. The apartment is 45 square meters and has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and sofabed in the living room with kitchen corner and TV. One extra bed can be added to the bedroom, making the holiday apartment suitable for 5 people (3+2).
The last apartment rented via Villa in Umbria, is called 'Falcone reale'. It is situated in the main house on the ground floor like the other three apartments and is 65 m2, so the biggest of them all. It consists of a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and sofabed in the living room with kitchen corner and TV. Two more beds can be added either in in the bedroom or in the ample living room, making it a 4+2 holiday apartment. The garden in front looks out in the direction of the two annexes with the pool beyond. The complex has a pool of 7 by 15 meters, fenced. Bocce, a ping pong table, a barbeque, bicycles for rent, a small children play area and a volleyball field.
