There are 5 apartments.
Four of them have the entrances all on one side of the building. Two are on the ground floor and two on the first floor. Both the ground floor as well as the first floor apartments can be made into one bigger apartment. At the moment the fifth apartment is not rented out by us. It is on the other side of the building and has been added recently by the owners. It is 48 sqm and like the other apartments has one bedroom, one bathroom and a living area with kitchen corner.

Living room with kitchen corner and double sofa bed. One double bedroom. Bathroom with shower. Apartment suitable for wheelchair users.
The apartment is for a maximum of 4 people.
Verde (2+2) - 38 m2
Living room with kitchen corner and double sofa bed. One double bedroom. Bathroom with shower. Apartment suitable for wheelchair users.

First floor apartments of the holiday farm sharing the outside stairs (also with the owners who live on the first floor). Each apartment has a front door coming out onto the corridor that leads to the shared front door on top of the stairs. The apartments have outside sitting in the garden below (pergola with wooden table).
Giallo (2+4) 45 m2
Living room with kitchen corner and double sofa bed. One double bedroom. Bathroom with shower. Loft with double bed (with rather steep ladder to get up there, not suitable for elderly people or young children).
The apartment is for 4 people but an extra bed can be added.
Blu (2+3) 45 m2
Living room with kitchen corner and double sofa bed. One double bedroom. Bathroom with shower. Loft with a single bed (also this loft has a very steep ladder).

The prices are in Euro per week from Saturday to Saturday. Out of high season arrival and departure dates are flexible.
Not included is the final cleaning and an extra bed is 30 euro per week. Bed linen and towels are provided (no pool towels). The owners provide swimming caps for the guests.
Animals are not accepted on this farm.
If one rents the apartments Rosso and Verde together, the prices per week are: Low season Eur 720, Mid season Eur 800 and high season Eur 900. Final cleaning is Eur 60.
Prices per week for renting Giallo and Blu together: Low season Eur 860, Mid season Eur 980 and high season Eur 1150. Final cleaning is Eur 80.

2012:Dear Ladies,
We had a nice stay in Agriturismo Fabro. The owners are friendly and the quality of the apartments was OK. One remark would be about the road getting there, it does need improving on. One can hardly drive this road without the bottom of the car hitting the ground, unless one would have a four by four.

We had a great time in Umbria, we loved our first week in agriturismo Pergola.
The second home in Fabro was different. The road to the house has some potholes and rocks on the surface. After the freedom of Pergola we were somewhat stunned by the regulations in Fabro. We got a list with some rules, some of them were rather funny (e.g. no swimming in the 3 hours following a meal). In the end it turned out better than expected but the pool was closed between 12.30 and 15.00. (we took that as an 'advice'). The pool was nice, clean and there were enough good quality chairs around it. Great sights of the surrounding landscape. In short after our first 'shock' we had a good time.
We are by the way extremely happy with your level of service: compliments for the information/organisation and the quick responses to our emails. We'll definitely come back to you.

Comment Villainumbria.com: There is a regional law in Umbria regarding the use of pools of agriturismo's and the owners are obliged to inform all guests on the existence and contents of this law (e.g. no swimming after eating for three hours, afternoon rest, wearing of bathing caps etc. ) Some owners follow these rules more strictly than others because they are afraid of getting fines if there is to be an inspection.

The owners ask a downpayment of 30% of the rental via bank transfer and the remainder has to be paid one month before arrival.
The security deposit is 200 euro, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
From 2013, in Umbria the tourism tax has been introduced. Each town can decide independently whether to apply this tax. It is important to keep in mind that the prices on our website do NOT include the tourism tax. Where we received confirmation from house owners that they have to ask for this tax, it is written underneath the price table.
Villa in Umbria is an intermediary and as such rents out holiday homes and apartments on behalf of their owners. We do not receive any money from clients. When you book we will be sending an agreement in which you will find the bank details of the owners.
We know each vacation rental personally and also the owners of all the holiday rentals we have in our portfolio.
