Agriturismo Fabro
Agriturismo Fabro is a small scale organic farm with 4 apartments.
It is situated on the Umbria-Tuscany border in the West of Umbria. The farm has been recently restored. The owners, a very friendly Italian couple who speak English, also live here.
The holiday farm is centrally located, just 5 km from the Fabro exit of the A1, the highway from Rome to Florence, just North of Orvieto and south of Citta della Pieve.
The organic farm is part of an estate of 23 hectares with a vineyard, olive grove, vegetable garden (guests can purchase the produce) and a large area designed for breeding of animals that are used for repopulation (hares, pigs and roes, pheasants and quails). There is a small lake as well.
The swimming pool is 6 by 12 meters and is totally fenced.
There is a table tennis table and a small playground for young children. Guests can use the mountain bikes at disposal. The farm has many lovely walking paths for a nice hike in nature.
There is a barbecue and old fashioned wood oven for pizza. There is a laundry room (use of the washing machine is 5 euro per wash).

There are 4 apartments. Two are on the ground floor and two on the first floor. Both the ground floor as well as the first floor apartments can be made into one bigger apartment.Ground floor apartments:
Rosso (2+2) - 36 m2
Living room with kitchen corner and double sofa bed. One double bedroom. Bathroom with shower. Apartment suitable for wheelchair users.
The apartment is for a maximum of 4 people.
Verde (2+2) - 38 m2
Living room with kitchen corner and double sofa bed. One double bedroom. Bathroom with shower. Apartment suitable for wheelchair users.
The apartment is for a maximum of 4 people.
First floor apartments of the holiday farm sharing the outside stairs (also with the owners who live on the first floor). Each apartment has a front door coming out onto the corridor that leads to the shared front door on top of the stairs. The apartments have outside sitting in the garden below (pergola with wooden table).
Giallo (2+4) 45 m2
Living room with kitchen corner and double sofa bed. One double bedroom. Bathroom with shower. Loft with double bed (with rather steep ladder to get up there, not suitable for elderly people or young children).
The apartment is for 4 people but an extra bed can be added.
Blu (2+3) 45 m2
Living room with kitchen corner and double sofa bed. One double bedroom. Bathroom with shower. Loft with a single bed (also this loft has a very steep ladder).
The apartment is for 4 people but an extra bed can be added.
