Included is final cleaning, water, gas (in warmer months), electricity, linen (with one change per week in case of a two or three week stay). Guests bring their own towels for the pool.
Central heating (2,00 euro per hour per apartment), use of the washing machine euro 3, city-bike rental euro 5 per day.
Animals are allowed when paying extra final cleaning of 25 euro.
Final cleaning for the kitchen (if needed) is 30 euro.
In high season change-over day is always on Saturday. Out of high season and upon specific request arrival and departure can be different. The pool is open from mid May until end of September.

Small remarks:
We did not get a real reception upon arrival, it would be nic to get some explanation and also to be able to let the owners know how happy we were with all.
We had read that the kitchen was basic so we were prepared for this. However, a bigger fridge would be a real advantage.
Despite it being a long drive from where we live, we are contemplating to return.

in the meantime we have been back home for about a week, but we still wanted to let you know that we had a very good time and enjoyed the apartment a lot. It was spacious and having two bathrooms was a real luxury. The pool was very pleasant with beautiful views! It is very tranquil and quiet, yet everything one could need is in the area. We even had some row deer near our door. Wonderful to spy on these.

Dear Saskia and Willemijn,
We had a great time, Noce (5) is a pretty comfortable and spacious apartment! And so quiet, it felt like we were the only guests (which wasn't the case). Good beds, nice duvets, very spacious and luxurious sanitary fittings (2x, very luxurious but nice if you are with 3 or 4 persons). We used the wonderful terrace to eat, under or next to the nut tree. Good garden furniture lovely trees and the very friendly owner Tiziana.
Some small things to consider:
-When we arrived we had no idea where to go, some other guests helped us on our way.
-There were only 2 wineglasses.
-It could do with some more cutlery
-Some more place to put down things in the kitchen and some hooks would be nice.
-We wanted to do one of the walks but were confronted by two of the owners dogs. (We, the two ladies of the group) are no heroes when it comes to dogs so we turned around.
But apart from that, a place to return to!

Our stay in Umbria was beautiful! The Umbrian landscape is even more beautiful then the Tuscan landscape. We have no comments regarding the house we stayed in.
If I'm not mistaken on the website it says that the kitchens are only equipped to prepare a simple meal. I love cooking and I was able to make some real good dinners. There was enough inventory and the cooker is just fine.
The house was very clean. There also enough good furniture to sit outside. The pool was cleaned almost every day.
We appreciate the ecological way of living and were pleasantly surprised that we had to split the garbage. It wasn't explained very well though. I had to explain to other guests the way it worked. The cleaning lady told us though, that they were still unsure how to organise this better. I suspect it'll improve in the future.
The owners and the cleaning lady are very pleasant and friendly people. They gave us some information about what to do in the area. Everybody passing by was very friendly!
If I may mention only one negative aspect: it would have been handy if there was a sign at the beginning of the street. Without navigator it is really hard to find!
If I would have to give a mark, I'd say 9/10 and definitely a holiday to repeat.
Last but not least, also your e-mails with information are very practical to help prepare the trip. It is good to get some details before departure. From your mails we picked up the address of the biological wine producer and of course bought some of his wine and the Vin Santo! Also in Assisi en Gubbio we also had some really good wine and thanks to your list, that we printed out, we can still enjoy these wines (Trinci di Terre).

Hello ladies,
here a late comment on our holiday in Gubbio.
Positive: wonderful location, good pool, friendly and hospitable owners, good atmosfere.
Negative: The apartments are furnished very scarsely, especially the kitchen is vary basic without space to keep your food (only a small table), no cooker hood and no wine glasses (in Italy!). There wer also a lot of wasps around the pool.
It was very warm during our stayr, so we didn't bother too much about the furnishment. We had to cope with quite some insects outside, but since this is a working farm in the midst of the country side this is unavoidable. The position of the farm is fabulous, Gubbio is a nice little town and also other sites in Umbria are easy to reach.
Thanks to you too, for your easy way of working and comunicating. We will surely contact you again, when we return to Umbria.

The holiday is over. Saturdaym morning we left early from Gubbio. We saw the owners Friday noght and thanked them for all the information they gave us (walks, sights to see etc). We gladly made use of their advice. We also thanked them for the lovely apartment. We had a lovely holiday here and will give the address to friends and family.

The week we stayed near Gubbio has been quite pleasant. The apartment was spacious and had windows/door to all sights so we could open up on very hot days.
We did think the balcony too small to sit outside and guests use the space in front for parking.
The pool is well situated and clean. To walk over the premises is recommendable (we saw a deer and a hare!
The security deposit you mentioned we correctly paid upon arrival, but the owners gave it back to us the day before departure without checking enything. This may as well be forgotten. It is more of a hassle then a serious precaution.
Your information and help was good and complete. From the addresses along the route we choose one. I would mention here, though, which large towns are in the area.

This summer we stayed two weeks in the apartment for 6 in Gubbio and enjoyed it very much.
The agriturismo is in beaituful surroundings and run by very friendly owners.
What we disliked a bit is the noisiness of the apartments and we didn't even have noisy neighbours. To have to sit on the main square in the centre also limits the privacy of the guests quite a bit. Also the inventory is quite basic, too basic for our liking.

The last 4 years we enjoyed some of your houses: La Villa, Umbrian Villa, Il Ranco, Agr. Tuoro and La Pineta (cottages). After the first experiences the Agriturismo Gubbio disappointed us. Probably we are spoiled by the standard of our earlier choices. And of course, La Villa can't be compared with a normal agriturismo, but still.
Olmo didn't have a lot to offer to us, except for the good position, the good beds and two bathrooms. The kitchen is very limited without an oven, a small refridgerator, lack of light and no wine glasses. There only was one comfortable chaor in the garden. The complete impression of the agriturismo is a bit meagre and without a lot of atmosfere.
The pool is just fine with an excellent position, but the deckchairs and umbrellas around it really need to be substituted.
Umbria is and will always be fantastic without disappointing us.

The owners ask for a 30% booking deposit, via bank transfer.
The balance can be paid one month before arrival.
The security deposit is 150 euro.
From 2013, in Umbria the tourism tax has been introduced. Each town can decide independently whether to apply this tax. It is important to keep in mind that the prices on our website do NOT include the tourism tax. Where we received confirmation from house owners that they have to ask for this tax, it is written underneath the price table.
