The agritourism houses 8 spacious and elegant apartments. Of these eight apartments, seven are rented out. One of the apartments has permanent inhabitants.
Apartment 1 is on the second floor and can be reached by an internal staircase. The views over the surrounding countryside from this apartment are beautiful. There is a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom and a large living room with kitchen corner. This apartment has its own washing machine. There are fly screens at the bed room windows and there is a fan. The private terrace with table and chairs is at the bottom of the stairs on the small central square of the old farm.
Apartment 2 is on the first floor with a lovely private outside terrace, loggia style. There are two bedrooms (a double and a twin) and one bathroom with shower. The living room is spacious and divided into a dining area and sitting area and a kitchen corner (with 4 gas pits, an oven and fridge with separate freezer).
Apartment nr. 3 is on the ground floor, in the back garden. There is a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom and a living room with kitchen corner. Its private terrace is directly in front of the house in the garden.
Apartment nr. 4 is in two floors with a living room with kitchen corner on the ground floor and on the first floor a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. There is a fan. This apartment has a back entrance on the old central square of the farm, and an entrance at the side of the pool. Its private terrace is at the pool side.
Apartment nr. 5 is in two floors with downstairs a large living room with kitchen corner, including a dishwasher, and on the first floor a bathroom, one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with one single bed and one bedroom with two single beds. The latter bedroom has a bathroom en-suite. This apartment has a front and a back entrance. Its private terrace is at the pool side.
Apartment nr. 6 is on the first floor with an inside staircase leading up to the front door. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (two single mattrasses) and the other with two single beds and a sink. The two bedrooms are separated by the living room. Next to the living room is the kitchen. There is a bathroom with shower. There are fly screens at the bed room windows and there is a fan. The private terrace with table and chairs is at the bottom of the stairs on the small central square of the old farm.
Apartment nr. 7 is on the ground floor and has an entrance on the central square of the farm and a back entrance in the garden. The private terrace is at the back entrance. There is a living room with kitchen corner that separates the two bedrooms, one with a double bed (two single mattrasses) and the other with two single beds. The latter bedroom has a sink. There is a spacious bathroom. A fan is available.
Apartment nr. 8 is the smallest of all and on the ground floor at the side of the swimming pool. It has a small living room/kitchen area, two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds and a bathroom. There is a fan. This apartment is suitable for disabled people. The private terrace is directly in front of the house.

Included in the price is the final cleaning, bed linen, towels and utilities. Guests bring their own towels for the pool. Not included is the use of heating.

Dear Saskia and Willemijn,
we have had a very good week in Tuoro.
We really only have positive experiences: beautiful holiday complex, very well renovated.
Our own apartment: spacious room, very well appointed kitchen especially for Italian standards with good working oven and dishwasher.
Good bedrooms and two bathrooms all working very well with excellent shower.
The complex offers a lot of space with plenty of opportunity to sit in private and always choice to sit in the sun or shade (very important). The sun beds are of good quality and the pool is lovely. The complex is situated really well at the end of a drive lined with olive trees. The village of Tuoro is small but nice with a baker and two terraces.
Extra positive was the vegetable garden where we could pick tomatoes and basil.
Just to not make this sound like an advert too much some negative remarks: the extra bed that was added upon our request was broken and we could not use it and having insect screens in the windows would be fabulous.
Our week in Tuoro was a very enjoyable experience, really Top!

We had a wonderful holiday in Umbria.
The apartment was exactly, and maybe even more pretty, than we had seen on the pictures.
It was beautiful and well finished, with good furnishing. The price-quality ratio was really good.
Very nice garden and pool, also excellent sun beds around the swimming pool and private seating near the apartment.
The owners are very friendly and easy to talk to, giving lots of ideas about things to do around. Booking extra nights also was easy to do.
We are very happy also with your role.
You kept us informed about important issues which we appreciated.

We loved our stay at the agriturismo tuoro. The owner and his wife are very friendly and hospitable, only at arrival there was a small misunderstanding. We had sent a text message when we left the highway but there was no one when we arrived. After a phonically in my rusty Italian I got hold of the lady who speaks English. They immediately came over and apologized. They were very friendly so no issue for us.
Great apartments, spacious well polished. Only some of the kitchen cabinets had a bit of a stale smell in them.
Fantastic pool and very well kept garden. Great holiday.

We really enjoyed our accommodations. Both locations (Casale Penne en Agr. Tuoro) are very high quality. Without wanting to downplay the quality, a microwave might be a welcome addition for people who bring small children so they can heat the food. Apart from that nothing but praise for your organisation and eye for detail. Well organised, good support and we loved that you notified us on an upcoming strike at the petrol stations. If we are to return to Umbria we'll definitely book through you. Will recommend you to others.

We had a perfect holiday in Umbria. Good atmosfere, spacious and clean. Beutiful garden and pool. Very often the houses look much better on the internet then in real life, here it was the contrary. We'd love to come back.
We were received very kindly and when I needed a doctor the owner was very helpful. The same afternoon you called to check whether all was ok. Very correct and friendly, my compliments.
Also the information we received via e-mail before departure was just fine.

Our stay in Tuoro was just fine. Beuatiful location. We have very fond memories.
What we did not like is the evening you organised at Lake Trasimeno.
On the invitation it said between 17 and 19 but when we arrived towards 18, the wine was warm and the food was almost finished. When we said something about it, we got some french fries and other fried things. We thought we had spent far too much and didn't think you reacted appropriately.
We hope you will tell people in the futrure that it starts at 17, if not the food is gone. Nontheless we paid the full fee.

The holiday is over and we enjoyed it a lot: the location, the apartment, the garden, it was all more then ok. We spent quite some hours reading in the shade of the trees.The boys enjoyed themselves in the pool. The owners were friendly and helpful. We have already recommended the apartment to several people.
There are two negative aspects:
1.It was really difficult to open up windows during the night. It would be pleasant if also this apartment would have shutters or something to feel more safe.
2.The second week of our stay we had unexpected visitirs at the pool, three times in total. The first time they were friends of the French/Italian family that rented two of the other apartments. There were 16 people over! The second time they were two young couples and the third time it was a family with two children. The last time we weren't bothered too much, but we do think this is not appropriate.
All in all we had a good holiday, worth repeating.
I'd like to thank you for the quick and adequate answers to our questions. We will probably use your services again in the future.

From our side only positive remarks. The Agriturismo Tuoro is wonderful. It doesn't matter what apartment you choose, it is all ok. (we rented two). The apartment at the back in the garden was well taken care of, quiet, and with enough shade to enjoy some wine and a good book.
From your side everything was organised just fine. Next year we will celebrate our 25 years matrimony and would like to give a big party for the occasion. Whether enough euros will remain to go on holiday is to be seen. We will surely return, if that's the case.
A tip for future guests: There is a restaurant in Cortona called La Dolce Maria. We have had a wonderful evening here, good food, good wine and good atmosfere.

In general we enjoyed our holiday. Beautiful appartment, nice swimming pool and good weather :-)
The only negative point is that the windows lack iron bars. Therefore you almost by default have to sleep with the windows shut wich at the temperatures we enjoyed is not pleasant.
It also makes this appartment more prone to burglary. Luckily we didn't have any problems with this but unfortunately some of our neighbours did.

The owners ask for a 40% booking deposit, via bank transfer.
The balance can be paid one month before arrival.
There is no security deposit.
