One enters the apartment of about 85 m2 in the living room with big dining table for 6 and large corner sofa. There is a normal TV. The kitchen is on the right, with oven, big fridge/freezer combination, 4 pit gas cooker and ample working space and a small breakfast table.
The two bedrooms are at the lake side of the apartment, sharing a bathroom with shower. One bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed. The other is a double bedroom. The hall has spacious wardrobes and each bedroom also has a drawers for storing clothes.
One of the two private terraces is on the lake side of the apartment, with a very nice view over the Trasimeno Lake. There is an outside table with chairs and a Mexican hammock. In front of the house another private covered terrace has an outside table and chairs. There is parking space next to the house.
The last bit of road leading to the house is a steep hill, not tarred.
The Italian owners use the ground floor apartment which has a totally separate entrance on the ground floor (the property is built against a hill, so both apartments have ground floor entrances).
The swimming pool is on the left side of the house and also has a nice view over the Lake Trasimeno. There are sun beds and parasols. The pool is 4 by 8.5 meters and 1.40 m by 2m deep. The pool is open from the end of May until mid September. The owners of the apartment use the pool as well. They are quiet and discrete and have two children (girls).
Upon request and against small payment they can do a wash for you and can give their guests a usb stick to connect to internet.

Final cleaning is 50 euro. Linen for use inside the house is included, as well as electricity, gas and water. Heating has to be paid separately and guests bring their own towels for the pool. Small domestic animals are allowed. One pays 50 euro cleaning extra.
Mobile internet connection is Eur 10 for a maximum of 30 hrs.
In high season change-over day is always on Saturday. Out of high season and upon specific request arrival and departure day can be different.

we really enjoyed our stay in the apartment in Braccio.
Only two points: the height (the positive side of this is that the views are breathtaking, but you always need a car to go somewhere and the house is not easy to reach). We could not manage to walk up the hill.
2. we think the kitchen was rather dark and therefore not easy to use.
Apart from this all was fine. We will certainly recommend your services to others who are going to visit Umbria.

Great place, surroundings and terrific view over the lake. The pool is great and is cleaned everyday. We used it daily.
The family is very friendly and gives lots of privacy but states also that if there is any problem one should tell them immediately.
They are also quick to react. Parts of the road to the Villa where washed away by some heavy downpours and they had already fixed it the next day. Communication in English is very good. We also enjoyed some of their own produce like olive oil, salad, zucchini and eggs.
It is very easy to make daytrips from here. We also toured on bikes around the lake. Bikes can be hired at various places near the lake.
All in all great place, beautiful surroundings, recommended to everyone.

“We liked the apartment a lot. It is clean, beautiful terraces, enough towels, lovely olive oil and freshly picked salad!
Previous comments mentioned the road that was not in a good state. This has now been worked on and the road is really good to drive on.
In short we believe this is a place to recommend to others. The quiet, the privacy, the pool, the owners, the well equipped kitchen, all is excellent.
We have also seen the hoopoe (upupa in Italian) and the goldfinch, two birds. The fireflies have been performing for us as well.”

We have had a lovely week in Appartamento Lago. Great location with fantastic view over the Trasimeno Lake, also from the pool :-)
The owners are very welcoming and you barely notice them. The house itself is nice, big enough for the five of us, very complete and two terraces where you can do some relaxing. Cities like Siena and Rome are easy to reach. You can take the A1 to Rome, park near the Vatican or go by train, both very easy.
We loved your tour of the abbey.
