Apartment 1 (70 m2, sleeps 4):
Apartment on the ground floor with its entry through a large stone portico and a small garden. Living room with dining table, fireplace and sofa bed. Kitchen corner with big fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven and 4 pit gas cooker. There is also a television. The apartment has 2 double rooms and one bathroom with shower. One bedroom has a door to the garden behind the farmhouse.
Apartment 2 (80 m2, sleeps 4+2):
Apartment on the first floor, with big private terrace under a few olive trees on the ground floor in front of the door. The living room has a dining table, fireplace and sofa bed. There is a spacious kitchen in the corner with big fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven and 4 pit gas cooker. There is also a television. The apartment has 1 double room, a bedroom with a smaller bed (1.20m) and one bathroom with shower. This apartment can be united with apartment 3 to make one big apartment covering the whole first floor of the farmhouse.
Apartment 3 (50 m2, sleeps 2+2):
First floor apartment with outside stairs. On top of the outside stairs, on the pool side of the house, a small table with two chairs make outside dining in front of the kitchen possible. For more space one can also eat in the garden below. The apartment has a living room with kitchen corner with under the counter fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven and 4 pit gas cooker. There is a dining table, television and sofa. One bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed. There is one bathroom with shower. This apartment can be united with apartment 2 to make one big apartment with 3 bedrooms covering the whole first floor of the farmhouse.

Prices are all inclusive. Bed linen and towels are provided. Not included is the use of heating. Guests bring their own pool towels.
The apartments 2 and 3 can be rented together at different prices: Eur 1100 in the high season, Eur 900 in mid season and Eur 800 in the low season. All three apartments together can be rented for the following prices: Eur 2000 in high season, Eur 1400 in mid season and Eur 1200 in low season.
The pool is open from half May until end of September.
Pets are not welcome in the apartments (outside is not a problem).
In high season change-over day is always on Saturday. Out of high season and upon specific request arrival and departure day can be different.

"We were very happy with this apartment.The apartment was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed, some of which we didn't expect like sugar, olive oil and even toothpaste - what a nice surprise. It is tastefully decorated and spacious enough. We were travelling with two toddlers and Luigi, the owner, supplied two cots and high chairs as well. The grass garden was an ideal place to play for our kids and the views are absolutely amazing. There were also written instructions in English provided mentioned in the feedback from Fam. R. (below).
There are two small dogs living outside the house. It would be advisable to inform the guests about that beforehand as somebody might by allergic to dogs (as my husband is). In general we were very happy with Bellavista and would highly recommend it!"

it was a very beautiful holiday in Bellavista. Everything was OK and it is really beautiful.
The first morning we did not have water but this was immediately resolved by calling the son. We were lucky to stay here by ourselves, the pool to ourselves … LOVELY it was. We also did tour Umbria, magnificent! We will most certainly return to Umbria.

Dear Willemijn and Saskia,
we had a lovely holiday in Bellavista.
We had rented the three apartments together and the price-quality ration was good.
We all enjoyed ourselves and also the children, in and around the pleasant swimming pool.
The place is lovely tranquil and fantastic views.
Only small point of critique is that upon arrival the owners do not speak other than Italian. It would be better if the owner would have some standard things writtend own, like when one received fresh towels and linen, what to do in case of a power cut (like we experienced), what to do when there is no water (the pump can stop working), where do we throw the rubbish?

Hi,
Our stay at Bellavista was perfect ! The apartment was large enough en well taken care of. The pool was lovely! The views are sublime and it was very peaceful!
The owners, grandma and her son are very sweet people. They gave use fresh eggs and a homemade cake just like that! A bit off a drawback is the lack of real communication since they only speak Italian. But we managed fine with our hands and some French.
The house lies isolated along a gravel road. Each 2 or 3 days we went to Todi to do some shopping, they have everything you want there. There are quite some pretty villages in the surrounding area, the landscape is beautiful!
We were very pleased with our stay. Will you please pass the accompanying pictures on to the owners?

The owners ask a downpayment of 30% of the rental. The final payment should be paid one month before arrival.
The security deposit is 250 euro per apartment, to be paid upon arrival.
