Luxurious apartments in centre Umbria: Bellissima Locanda
A unique apartment complex, just finished. Luxury apartments in a very small hilltop village Saragano, in the centre of Umbria. The complex has a swimming pool, a restaurant with panoramic terrace both usable in summer as well as in the winter, a wine bar and a cigar club. All furniture and finishings are of the best quality and tasteful.
The luxury apartment complex in central Umbria furthermore has a restaurant with afore mentioned panoramic terrace. The terrace is in the open air at one side and for colder evenings or the winter months the restaurants has another covered terrace with huge windows looking out over the valley. These windows can be opened. Furthermore there is a wine bar with selection of local and other wines, tables inside and outside (on the piazza of the borgo) and a fireplace.
Lastly also a cigar club is part of this complex, with leather chairs, a fireplace, ample choice in cuban cigars and drinks that usually accompany a good cigar. The swimming pool of Bellissima Locanda is situated just below the old borgo, with nice views up onto the age old walls, in the middle of an olive grove. The pool is 14 by 7 meters and 1.40 meter deep and is surrounded by a big terrace with recliners and deck chairs. There is a cocktail bar and a changing room with toilet facilities. The pool is a small, but steep, walk from the apartments. On your way back it takes climbing the stairs back into the borgo.

Bellissima Locanda has 11 apartments. We are letting 3 of them. They all have air conditioning and wifi internet connection is possible.Melo (2+2+2)
Apartment on the second floor. One bedroom with a double bed and bathroom, kitchen with dining table, sitting area with comfortable sofa and satellite TV, bathroom and a separate open space with a sofa bed. The entrance hall has another sofa bed, making the apartment suitable for 6 guests. Both bathrooms have a shower. Next to the kitchen is a small roof terrace.
Girasole (2+2)
Apartment on the second floor with spacious terrace from which one enjoys truly unforgettable views over the countryside surrounding Saragano. One double bedroom, spacious sitting room with kitchen, dining table, satellite TV, fireplace and double sofa bed. Bathroom with shower.
Ulivi (3+2)
Apartment with long and narrow terrace on the first floor. The terrace provides beautiful views over the Umbrian hills, but it is too narrow for a table and chairs. Two bedrooms (one with a double and a bathroom with shower, the other with a single bed). The sitting room has a kitchen, dining table, satellite TV, fireplace and two sofas of which one is a double sofa bed. The second bathroom has a shower.
