Ca Gubbio
Holiday apartments in Umbria, situated between Gubbio and Perugia, on the Saint Francis trail (ideal for walking). Beautiful views and wonderful naturalistic area, yet not very far from some of the major cities to visit in Umbria.
There are a total of 12 apartments on this estate, divided over several buildings in two areas. Each area has its own pool. There is a restaurant as well, with home made and mostly home grown products. The restaurant is only for guests of the agriturismo. It is open for Italian breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evenings (both only upon reservation).
The nearest restaurant is on 5 km circa. The nearest bar is 3 km. Gubbio is 18 km, Perugia is 20 km, Assisi is 30 km.
We are renting 3 of the apartments on this estate in Umbria.
The two different areas of Ca Gubbio are very close together but separated by a small road. We rent out two apartments in one area (left), which has a total of 8 apartments. We rent one apartment in the other area (right), with in total 4 apartments.
The restaurant is in the area right of the road, as well as the reception area and the house of the owners.
The reception area has internet on the pc of the owners (meaning you can use it briefly for free).

These apartments are both on the ground floor. They are situated in a building that houses only these two apartments. Each have one bedroom (double) with a door to the outside. The bathroom has a shower. The living room has a kitchen corner with under the counter fridge, 3 gas pits and one electrical. The left apartment has a sofa bed for one person. The right one has a french sofa bed (meaning for 1.5 people). Both apartments are suitable for wheelchair users.
The pool of the area left is 8 by 18 meters. The pool is between 1.50 and 1.90 meters deep.
Apartment 2 (area right) - 60 m2:
This apartment is on the ground floor. There are two bedrooms (one double and one twin). The living area has a kitchen corner with under the counter fridge and a 4 pit cooking hob with 3 gas pits and one electrical pit. There is a sofa bed for two. The bathroom has a shower.
The pool of the area right is 6 by 12 meters and between 1.40 and 1.60 meter deep.
Clients have sun beds and umbrella's for use at the pool, plus an outside table and chairs in front of their apartment.
Each of the areas has a barbecue. There are a few bicycles guests can use.
Pets are welcome upon request. One pays 30 euro extra when bringing a pet.
