Casale Trasimeno
Casale Trasimeno has 5 apartments for rent, each with two bedrooms.
Situated just North of Lake Trasimeno, on the Umbria-Tuscany border, this is an ideal holiday home to explore both Umbria and Tuscany, or enjoy the large quiet garden with olive trees and ample flat areas.
The casale also has a swimming pool. The pool is 7 by 14 meters and from 1,10 to 1,80 meters deep. There are roman stairs on one the shallower end.

Apartment 1Spacious apartment on the first floor, overlooking the swimming pool further down in the field. The terrace is on top of the outside stairs.
One enters in the huge living room with antique walk in fireplace, long dining table, sitting corner and kitchen. There are two bedrooms (both double) sharing one bathroom with bath and shower in the bath.
Apartment 2
Apartment 2 is on the ground floor, with the entrance in front of the outside stairs of apartment 1, also on the pool-side of the building.
One enters in the living room with open kitchen, dining table and sitting corner. There are two bedrooms (one double and one twin) sharing one bathroom with shower.
Apartment 3
Apartment 3 is on the ground floor, with two entrances. It is on the valley side of the building and it is the only apartment on this side.
One enters in the kitchen, centrally in the apartment. To the left one finds a bedroom (twin) with doors to the outside. To the right of the kitchen the apartment has a sitting area with dining table and further right is bathroom (with shower) followed by the double bedroom (with ceiling fan).
Apartment 4
This apartment is on the first floor at the back of the house (looking from the pool). The table and chairs for apartment 4 are in the garden below. This is the only apartment on this side of the house.
One enters in the living room with kitchen to one side. There is a fireplace, big dining table and a sitting area. There are two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, all with entrance from the hallway.
Apartment 5
Apartment on the ground floor at the front side of the building (as seen from the entrance gate). This is the only apartment on this side of the building.
One enters the living room with kitchen corner, dining table and sitting area. There are two bedrooms sharing a bathroom with shower.
All kitchens of the apartments have a 4 pit gas cooker, oven and big fridge with freezer. All windows have fly screening. The pool is set in the middle of an olive grove, in a flat lawn that is well maintained by the owners.
