Country House Dante
A spacious country house with nice restaurant on the border between Umbria and Tuscany. Very nice views in a quiet country setting, yet not far from the many attractions Tuscany and Umbria offer (apart from simply enjoying life at the country house itself).
The country house has 5 apartments sharing a big swimming pool. The apartments are for 2 to 6 people. The owners are born and bred in the area and transformed the family home that used to be a big thriving farm into these lovely apartments. The terrain around the countryhouse is 40 hectares, partly woodland and partly cultivated. The owners are running the restaurant themselves, turning it into a real gem.
The swimming pool is 14 by 7 meters and between 1 and 1.40 meters deep. It is surrounded by an ample sun terrace from where one can fully enjoy the nice hilly countryside surrounding the apartments.
The country house has a nice barbeque area close to all apartments. There is wifi for free.
The restaurant is open all evenings from June to September.

Apartment Sotto Sinistra (circa 90 m2, sleeps 4+1):
Ground floor apartment with two bedrooms, spacious kitchen with oven, 4 pit electrical cooker, big fridge with separate freezer and dining table for 4 to 6 people. The bathroom has a shower and is suitable for wheelchair users. One bedroom has a double bed and the other can have a double bed or be made as two single beds.
It is possible to add one bed, this is not included in the price.
The apartment has a terrace in front of the door and also at the back. The terrace at the back looks out over the restaurant, where in the warm evenings people will be dining. This is at a fair distance. The terrace in front is next to the entrance of apartment Top and Sotto Destra.
Apartment Sotto Destra (circa 75 m2, sleeps 4):
Ground floor apartment with two bedrooms, spacious kitchen with oven, 4 pit electrical cooker, big fridge with separate freezer and dining table for 4 to 6 people. The sitting area has a fire place. The bathroom has a shower and is suitable for wheelchair users. One bedroom has a double bed and the other can have a double bed or be made as two single beds.
The apartment has a private terrace at the back of the house, on the side of the swimming pool (however the pool is at about 50 meters).
Apartment Top (circa 95 m2, sleeps 4 +2):
Very spacious first floor apartment. The sitting room has a fire place and sofa. The ample kitchen-corner has an oven, 4 pit electrical cooker, big fridge with separate freezer and dining table for 4 to 6 people. The two bedrooms are on the second floor, as well as the bathroom. The bathroom has a shower. One bedroom has a double bed and the other can have a double bed or be made as two single beds.
It is possible to add one or two beds, this is not included in the price.
The apartment has outdoor sitting on the ground floor in front of the entrance. This is where also apartment Sotto Sinistra and Sotto Destra have the entrance.
Apartment Sopra Balcone (circa 65 m2, sleeps 2):
Apartment with private balcony (on one side this is ground floor but in front of the door it is first floor, because the house is built against a hill), ideal for 2 to 3 people. The terrace looks out over the countryside, you can not see the pool from here. One enters in the kitchen with oven, 4 pit electrical cooker, big fridge with separate freezer and dining table. There is a separate dining room with dining table for 4.
The bedroom is on the second floor with a double bed. There is space for a single bed in the hall on the first floor. The bathroom has a shower.
The wifi is not always working well inside this apartment.
Apartment Sopra Primo (circa 80 m2, sleeps 4):
First floor apartment with spacious kitchen with oven, 4 pit electrical cooker, big fridge with separate freezer and dining table. There is a sofa and fire place in the sitting area. The two bedrooms are up 5 steps from the living area. One bedroom has a double bed and the other can have a double bed or be made as two single beds. The bathroom has a shower.
The apartment has outdoor sitting on the ground floor in front of the entrance.
There is one bedroom with bathroom on the ground floor, which can be rented in case of bigger groups than fit into an apartment. The bedroom is on the ground floor and has a small terrace in front of the door. This 'hotel room' is not included in the price list, please ask us if you would like to know the price.
The country house has a washing machine in a separate room, with iron as well.
