La Forca sul Trasimeno
Homely one bedroomed holiday apartment near Lake Trasimeno, close to Castiglione del Lago.
The apartment has a big flat garden and looks out over the fields. It is situated on the corner of an old farmhouse that has been converted in a holiday home where several different families (Italian and not) have bought an apartment. There is a good size swimming pool with big flat garden shared by the eight apartments.
The apartment is about 2 kilometers from a small village with supermarket and a pizzeria. Castiglione del Lago is 5 km away.

One enters in de living area with kitchen corner. The kitchen has a 4 pit gas cooker and electrical oven, an under the counter fridge (no freezer) and workspace plus pots and pans and plates and glasses. There is a dining table for 4 and a sofa for 3 (can be turned into a double bed).The apartment has a small sofa-bed on the open first floor which is too low for adults to stand upright. It is ideal for one child, although the stairs are rather steep.
The bedroom is a double. In the hallway there is a closet. The bathroom has a shower.
All windows have insect screening. There is a fan. There is a television. Dishwasher and washing machine are not available. The apartment measures 52 m2.
The holiday apartment has a spacious fenced garden. There is a terrace with big umbrella and outside furniture (table and chairs). There is a barbecue. The rest of the garden consist of lawn with borders.
The swimming pool is fenced and also surrounded by a thick hedge, making the pool area very private and a bit away from the apartments. The pool is 6 by 12 meters wide and between 1 and 1,5 meter deep. There is a small house with bathroom and fridge near the pool. The apartment has two sun beds and an umbrella in the pool area. The pool is open from June until mid September.
