Prices are inclusive of bed linen, towels for use in the house and utilities. Cleaning has to be paid separately, as well as the heating for which you pay what you consume. Cot is Eur 20. A dog is allowed: Eur 20 extra. Guests bring their own towels for the pool.
In high season change-over day is always on Saturday. Out of high season and upon specific request arrival and departure day can be different.

The owners are vert friendly and helpful, the apartments are neat and all one needs is present. The swimming pool is always clean, there are several bicycles one can use for free, a table-tennis table, enough outside furniture to sit around the olive trees, hammocks etc…
We received a free bottle of olive oil and wine (own produce) which we really appreciated, so we ordered other 6 bottles which got delivered to our door the day after at the price of 2,50 euro per bottle. Do note: drink this wine while you are there because when you take it home for a nice winterevening it might not taste as well.
Nice quiet surroundings with view on the lake. The border with Tuscany is only 100m from the house. The nearby train station (7km circa) was ideal because we were only 1 hour from Florence, without traffic or worries where to park the car and what one has to pay for this.
Excellent restaurants in the area where one can eat much cheaper than in Belgium.
The only drawback we experienced was the boiler that seemed not to be working well.
We can recommend this place.

we have had a good holiday and all was what we wishes for. Such lovely people and very helpful. No remarks about this at all.
The only thing we missed in the apartment was a good knife for meat and an oven-dish. Well, eating out is not expensive in Italy so we did that very often.

We just came back from 14days umbra and stayed in vacanze lisa.
What a reception! Wine, homemade cake and a very friendly Elisa who speaks English very well.
Nice tour and handy tips.
And the nice house with nice views on the lake. Nice pool that is very well kept. Location is superb, Perugia , Assisi, Cortona, and even Rome by train (90 minutes) are all within reach as is the lake at only 10 minutes by car and we can go on………… Nothing left to desire, we had a superholiday in this house and I can recommend Villainumbria to anyone!
All tiptop, a lot of organisations can learn something from you!! So thanks very much to the owners of this house and Villainumbria, we'll pass on the information and will make sure to return sometime.

Sorry for the late reply.
Apartment vacanze Lisa in Tuoro sul Trasimeno was clean and spacious. We stayed for 10 days and after a week we got a big batch clean linens and towels, even the tablecloths were renewed! Daughter Elisa is very sympathetic and speaks English well. We didn't meet her mother. The pool is great and very well maintained.
Two small points:
From the apartment you looked out on the shed of the neighbour which has broken windows.
Sometimes there was an odour of fertiliser but then again one shouldn't complain about that since you are on a agriturismo.

Price/quality of Vacanze Lisa is good. Owners are very friendly and hospitable. We even got a home made cake from the mother of the family. The surroundings are very beautiful with a lot to see within short distance. The apartment itself was spacious and clean. The poool is good and well taken care of. A holiday address to recommend!

We were in Vacanze Lisa and it was just perfect. Lovely pool, good apartment with good bathroom and I liked the kitchen. All very homy. They also have mountainbikes which we used quite often. The surroundings are very beautiful and our hosts very kind.
During the night it was very hot, but probably we left doors and windows open during the day. Something, I noticed, Itlians do not do. There may be a reason for this! The mattrass was too hard for me.
We'd love to come back next year to the same apartment.

We had some small hick ups during our holiday (car broke, child sick) but it wasn't something the owner could avoid. The house was just fine, spacious, clean and well furnitured. The children enjoyed the pool a lot. The owners are very friendly and helpful and luckily Elisa speaks English quite well. We even got some home made marmelade. In short: we will be back!
The information we got from you was good, apart from the distance to restaurants in Tuoro. This is NOT walking distance.
Please do add our feed back to the website, though it'll probably mean that more people discover this place. I'd would have liked to keep it our little secret!

We were very content with our appartment Tuoro. We woud like to stay here once more, but we came to know that it is often occupied. We find the other apartment due to its position on the other side less appealing.
All in all we are verry happy with our stay and the preperations you made.

The owners ask a downpayment of 30% of the rental via bank transfer. The balance can be paid upon arrival.
The security deposit is 150 euro.

Two apartments (nrs. 3 and 4) are on the ground floor, the other two are on the first floor. The latter two share a stone staircase leading up to the front doors. Their terrace is in the garden downstairs. Apartment nr. 4 is the only apartment at the side of the pool, the other three apartments overlook the group of houses with a carpenter's storage place (covered) in front.
