Villa Attigliano
Lovely villa with air conditioning and internet connection on one hour from Rome. Garden with swimming pool. Nice modern furnishing and wonderful handmade light coloured wooden doors and kitchens.
The villa is rented as one private villa with pool in the high season (July and August). However, the villa consists of 4 apartments, hence the rest of the year you can rent an apartment only.
The Italian owners live nearby and also run a hotel in Attigliano with restaurant.
The villa is at only 1 km from Attigliano. Here is a train station with direct connections to Rome (centre of Rome is 1 hour away) and to Florence (about 2 hours by train). The entrance to the A1 highway is about 3 km. The central position of Villa Attigliano makes it ideal for those would would like to visit Northern Lazio, Rome, Umbria and Southern Tuscany. Viterbo and Orvieto are at only 25 km.

Each of the four apartments has an independent entrance, kitchen corner, bathroom and one bedroom. Each apartment has its own heating, air conditioning, satellite TV and internet connection. The apartments are furnished with both modern design and handcrafted wood furniture, typical of the Orvieto area. The sofa beds in the apartments are of very high quality with real mattrasses, therefore also suitable for adults, very easy to handle and make into a real bed.
Each bedroom can be made up as two singles or one double. Every bathroom has a shower.There is a shared washing machine.
There is a barbecue and wood fired pizza oven near the pool (15m by 4.5m and 0.90m to 1.50m deep).
Apartment 1
Ground floor apartment of approximately 50 m2. It sleeps 4 guests and consists of a living room with dining table for 4, a sofa bed (double or two single beds), spacious kitchen corner, double bedroom and bathroom equipped for disabled guests. The bedroom has doors into the garden. The apartment has a covered terrace in front of the entrance door, overlooking the pool area and garden.
Apartment 2
Ground floor apartment of approximately 40 m2. This apartment can accommodate 3 to 4 guests. One enters in the living area with dining table, kitchen corner and single sofa bed. The bedroom has space for an extra single bed. The bathroom has a shower.
The entrance is on the front side of the villa, which is not where the pool is. A small road passes close by. There is an outside table for 4 on the terrace in front of the entrance door.
Apartment 3
First floor apartment of 48 m2. The internal stairs are shared with apartment 4, but each do have a real front door. One enters in the hall with pouf bed. On the right one gets to the living area with kitchen corner, dining table and sofa bed (that can be made into a double or two single beds). The bedroom with double bed (can also be made up as two single beds) is on the right of the living area. On the left of the hall the bathroom with shower can be found. This apartment does not have a private terrace.
Apartment 4
This apartment is on the first floor and is a one room apartment, with bathroom. It is 32 m2. The room has a spacious kitchen corner, dining table for two to three people, a double bed that can also be made as two singles and a pouf bed for one extra person. From the bathroom one can enter a lovely spacious terrace overlooking the pool and garden.
