Holiday home La Pineta is a comfortable well restored holiday home with 4 units. Each has a total private outside sitting area and is fitted with excellent quality furniture, tastefully decorated. One unit is a small house for two or three people. The other unit is attached the the house of the owners. on one side and the last two units are totally separate on the other side of the pool. Holiday home La Pineta offers all comfort, optimal privacy, a splendid pool, good views and it is on walking distance from a shop and restaurant and if you are fit, you could even stay here without renting a car (bus and trains are within a few kms). Send this page to a friend Comments of guests Availability holiday home: Baita (2), Chalet (4+2), Cottage 1 (4+2) en Cottage 2 (4+2) Where is La Pineta situated Pictures and information about Umbria The small house for two or three guests: Baita An indipendent house of 45 square metres with a double and a single bed furnished with lovely pieces of antiques (the double bed belonged to a count of the end the 18th century), a kitchen provided with all tools, a fireplace and a bathroom with shower. Private outside sitting. The unit attached to the house of the owners is "Chalet", about 100 square metres, with 2 big bedrooms sharing a bathroom and a spacious living room with kitchen (big fridge, freezer, 5 pit cooker, dishwasher) and two entrances. Can sleep 4+3 guests. Also Chalet has private outside space, furnished with excellent quality outside furniture. The last unit called Cottage is separate from the farmhouse by the ecological pool. This house has been recently added and is comfortable modern house using the old materials they once used in Umbria. Spacious and airy atmosphere. Cottage is divided into two big apartments that can be united as one. Each holiday home of Cottage has a ground floor open plan living room, bedroom with bathroom, open stairs leading to the top bedroom with bathroom. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine. The ecological pool (meaning the water is not filtered by chlorine, but by a system that works on salt, but the water does not taste salty at all) of this holiday home is 14 by 5 meters, with a deep end and a shallow end. It is surrounded by a well kept lawn and terrace with good quality recliners and large creme coloured fabric umbrellas.
