This private holiday rental with pool is situated on the Tuscany-Umbria border. It has very nice views on an old tower and down the Niccone valley and is 3 km from Lisciano Niccone and Mercatale. Cortona is a 20 minute drive and Castel Rigone is 15 minutes drive. The holiday rental sleeps 8 + 2 people in 3 double bedrooms and two single bedrooms. Ideal family house, with fenced swimming pool. Domestic animals are welcome. Availability holiday rental Tuscany-Umbria border: San Martino Where is the holiday rental situated Pictures and information about Umbria The Umbria-Tuscany border holiday rental is made up of two apartments, that are rented together as one private villa, with well kept flat garden, fenced pool, a nice barbeque area and shady sitting area on the lawn. From everywhere you can enjoy the quiet, the clean air and the beautiful views. The ground floor has a nice terrace in front of the house, looking down at the swimming pool (fenced, so ideal for young children) and the beautiful green valley below. One enters in the kitchen with fridge, freezer, 4 pit cooker, dishwasher and oven. The double bedroom is separated from the single bedroom by the bathroom with shower. This apartment is suitable for wheelchair users. At the side of the house an external staircase leads up to the first floor that houses the second apartment. This apartment can be split in two as well. The whole front of the first floor has a panoramic terrace. So from the kitchen you can enter the terrace and also from one of the bedrooms. There are 3 bedrooms (two double and one single) and two bathrooms upstairs. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, 4 pit cooker and oven. There is a washing machine that can be used by guests. The fenced in swimming pool is 13 by 6 meters and has roman stairs on one end. It is 1.20 meters deep on one end and 1.40 meters on the other. The pool terrace has recliners and umbrellas. Very nice views down the valley and the full day in the sun. The pool and garden are for private use of the guests only. The house you can see in the picture belongs to other Italians, who have their own garden. The owners of the holiday rental live in Niccone and only come to clean the pool, make sure all is well and water the flowers. The prices are as follows: July and August - Euro 1600 per week May, June and September - Euro 1250 per week Easter and Christmas - Euro 1250 per week Rest of the year - Euro 950 per week Prices include all, apart from final cleaning (100 euro for the entire house) and eventual heating in the colder months.
