A very practical home for a couple. There is a small living room an open kitchen with 4 pits stove, refridgerator with freezer, dishwasher and oven. From the kitchen you enter the balcony where two people can comfortably sit and eat outside. Furthermore there are two bedrooms, each with large double beds with two single matrasses, and a bathroom. There is a television with some italian channels and a washing machine.       On the ground floor there is the garden with the large pool for common use (6 m by 12 m and 1,00 m deep). Guests of the holiday rental Tuoro have three deckchairs and an umbrella at their disposal. There is an outside parking next to the house or an inside parking in the cellar of the building. Here there also is a possibility to park bikes and scooters.          From the balcony, which has sun in the morning, guests overlook a field with to one side some houses. On foot it is only a few minutes walk to two pizzerias, a bank, a supermarket and 15 minutes to the centre of the village. Tuoro's beach at Lake Trasimeno is at 20 minutes walk. The whole complex consist of 22 apartments in total, but hardly any rented out for holidays. Prices inlcude the final cleaning, bedlinnen, towels and utilities. Guests bring their own towels for the pool. From October until May guests pay Eur 40 per week extra for the heating.  Pets are not allowed.  Pool is open from 1/5 to 30/9.  There are two city bikes guests can rent @ Eur 25/bike/week or Eur 40/bike for two weeks.
