Excellent position with view on Lake Corbara, 10 km from the entrance to the A1 (one hour from Rome by train), 13 km from Orvieto and 16 from Todi. The holiday home has one 3 bedroom apartment, one 2 bedroom apartment and a one bedroom apartment. Rosso, Bianco and Rosato (Red, White and Rose). The names refer to the three types of wine. Rosso is the biggest apartment, with 3 bedrroms (two doubles and one twin). The bedrooms share is one bathroom with bath and the apartment has a kitchen with 4 pit gas cooker and upon request an american coffee maker. The kitchen is 11 m2, the living room 12 m2, the bedrooms are 18, 21 and 13 m2 each and the bathroom is 4.5 m2.       Apartment Bianco is a two bedroom apartment (one twin and one double) sharing a bathroom with shower. The kitchen has a sofabed for two, a 4 pit gas cooker and a coffe machine upon request. The living room is 15 m2, one bedroom 14,5 m2, the other 10,2 and the bathroom is 5,5 m2. Apartment Rosato has one double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and the kitchen has a sofabed for two. This apartment can be used by wheelchair users. The living room is 16 m2, the bedroom is 16 m2 and the bathroom is 6 m2. Each apartment has satellite TV. There is a washing machine for general use. From the parking, the apartments are up on the first floor level on the front of the house, which is ground floor at the back of the house. The pool is on the same level as the entrances to the apartments. There are 13 steps up from the parking to the first level. The pool is situated at the side of the holiday home, with a flat grass area and terrace around it. There are sunbeds and parasols. The pool is 6 by 12 meters and from 0.90 m to 1.20 meter deep. The views over Lake Corbara are unique.    Holiday home Il Belvedere is situated 13 km from the centre of Orvieto. Todi is 16 km. Parking your car at the station of Orvieto, you can take a train to the centre of Rome (takes about one hour). Civitella del Lago is a nice town on 5 km from the holiday home, where guests can do some basic shopping. Supermarkets for bigger shopping are close to Orvieto. There is one restaurant on walking distance (one can see the restaurant from the garden), on the shores of Lake Corbara (by the way: swimming is not allowed in the lake). Other restaurants are on 3 and 5 km from the holiday home.    Holiday home Il Belvedere is situated in the middle of the vineyards of the owners. The owners do not live here, but come every day to make sure all is well, to feed the cats (there are two very friendly and well kept cats) and occasionally they have to do some maintenance to the vineyards. However, your privacy is assured even in those rare occasions. The area of Orvieto is world famous for the excellent wines. The white wine made Orvieto famous, but the red wine of this area is truelly excellent as well. The holiday home is situated within the 'parco fluviale del tevere' (the tiber river natural park). One can take a few nice walks from here. One can also visit the 'Forello Gorge' by boat, leading from Lake Corbara to Todi. One can rent a canoo to take onto the lake at 2 km from the holiday home. Horse riding is on 4 km and tennis is on 2 km. We will double check the availability with the owners and answer any questions you have. The owners ask for a 30% booking deposit, via bank transfer. The balance can be paid a month prior to arrival.
