The total is 190 m2 and the garden is around 2000 m2. One enters in the living room with big fire place and comfortable sofas. On the left is the kitchen which is rather small but has in the back another area with storage space. There is an electrical oven, 4 pit electrical cooker, dishwasher, freezer and fridge. The dining room has an original pizza oven and long wooden table. This is the old stable and one can still enjoy the signs of time. From the dining room one can go to a big terrace at the side of the holiday rental. The ground floor has a small service bathroom (with sink and toilet). The first floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with sink, shower, toilet and bidet and the other with sink, toilet and bidet). The master bedroom has a door to the outside and a fire place. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has a 1.5 place bed on a high platform and a single bed on normal level. There is a cot and high chair as well.    The swimming pool is situated above the rental in the middle of the olive trees. The size is 7 by 3.6 meters. The views from here are really special. The antique house is totally built in stone, with cotto floors and wooden beams in sight throughout the house. The atmosphere is very cosy, furnished with a nice eye for detail. The owners of the rental (an Italian family) have been using it as their weekend home for many years, they live in Rome (about just over an hour drive). This gives a personal touch to the house.    The rental is positioned just below the old castle of Campello sul Clitunno. The castle walls are in the garden. It is on 500 meters above sea level and has real nice views over the valley from Assisi to Montefalco to Spoleto. The nearest restaurants are on 3 km, shopping is on 5 km (also with a small supermarket). Spoleto is 12 km from the house. The prices of this antique villa are as follows: July & August (3/7 - 28/8) & Christmas & New Year period. 1500 euro pw May, June (24/4 - 3/7) and September (28/8 - 2/10) 900 euro pw (max 4 guests) Prices are all inclusive. Bed linen and towels are provided (no pool towels). The house is not ideal for rent in colder months because there is no central heating. Dogs can be allowed (depending on type and number). When bringing dogs, there will be cleaning charges.
