The closest village from this small holiday paradise is Villastrada, on 1.5 km. Here you can do your shopping and you will find a bank and a post office. The accommodation is easily reached via well maintained roads. The road passing the houses is hardly used, only by guests and suppliers plus an occasional curious tourist. Here you will find a quiet and tranquil atmosphere.
This Umbrian holiday resort consist of two parts. Each has a pool and several accommodation types. DOLCE COLLINA 1 consists of 5 units. Il Piccolo, il Grande and Casa del Pino are situated in one old farm:
IL PICCOLO is on the ground floor and has a living room with
kitchen corner, a sofabed for two, a bedroom for two and a bathroom
with shower. There is ample space outside with furniture, where you
can enjoy your open air dinners. Number of people 2 + 2
IL GRANDE is also on the ground floor and has a living room
with sofabed and kitchen corner. There are two bedrooms and two
bathrooms with shower. You can sit outside. Number of people 4 + 2.
CASA DEL PINO is situated on the first floor and has a terrace
with outside furniture. There is a living room with fire place, a
sofabed and a separate kitchen. The first bedroom is a double and the
second bedroom has a double bed plus another sleeping corner,
separated by a big cupboard. The sleeping corner has another double
bed and a single bed. There is a bathroom with shower. Number of
people 4 + 3.
LA CAPANNINA. This is a separate free standing house. It has a
living room with kitchen corner, a single sofabed and a bedroom with
a double bed. The bathroom has a shower. You can sit outside. Number
of people 2 + 1.
CASETTA ROSA is totally free standing, situated next to the
house of the owner on the other side of the road, where the other
houses are. It has a living room with fireplace, a sofabed for two
people and an open kitchen. There are two double bedrooms and two
bathrooms with shower. There is a small private garden where you can
dine outside. Number of people 4 + 2.
DOLCE COLLINA 2 consists of 3 separate holiday houses, situated a bit lower than La Collina 1.
VALENTINO is totally on the ground floor. There is a living
room with kitchen corner, sofa bed for two, double bedroom and
bathroom with shower. Number of people 2 + 2.
BEATRICE is also totaly on the ground floor and has a living
room with double sofabed and a kitchen corner. There are two
bedrooms, one double and one twin, plus two bathrooms with shower.
Number of people 4 + 2
IL FOGOLAR is totally on the ground floor and has a living
room with fire place, a sofabed for two and a kitchen corner. There
are three bedrooms of which two are double and the third is a twin
room. There are three bathrooms with shower. Number of people 6 + 2 There is a surcharge of Euro 25 for staying one week only.
The seasons for 2007 are as follows: How to book: you can send me an email indicating the apartment name, the period you would like, your address and telephone number and the number of people in your group. I will double check the availability with my collegues and then confirm your booking. The booking deposit is 250 euro.
In this Umbrian holiday complex, there are two swimming pools, each with ample sun terraces and outside furniture. The pool of La Dolce Collina 2 has a hydro massage. Guests enjoying some sports have a perfect holiday here, because there is a fitness room, table tennis, a jogging trail, bocce (outside italian bowling) and a volleyball field. There are mountain bikes and also a fishing pond. You can play tennis on 2 km and horse riding is on 3 kms. There is a washing machine for general use (Euro 4 per machine). Parking is on the property.
