This self catering old farmhouse in Umbria, with its own private chapel (to be restored), is situated in the midst of corn- and sunflower fields, olive groves and vineyards. The farmhouse houses 8 beautiful apartments and has a well kept garden with pool.

These beautiful apartments belong to a Count's family who has inherited it from his ancestors. Once this old farm was the centre of 35 acres of land, all cultivated by the farmers in the service of the count. They produced grain, olive oil, wine, sunflowers etc. Half of the produce was theirs and half of it was the count's. In years of a bad harvest the farmers didn't have enough to eat. Nowadays these laws have changed and people have moved to the cities in search for work. Fortunately, tourists have seen the beauties of the area and the Count has changed the old factory into an amazing complex of apartments.
The old farm now houses 8 luxurious apartments, reconstructed with much care and style. Seven apartments are for four people, with a living room, a large kitchen-corner, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. One apartment (nr. 5) has a large living room with kitchen-corner, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Sleeps 5 +1.
Apartments nr. 3, 4, 5, 7 and 8 are on the ground floor, apartments nr. 1, 2 and 6 are on the first floor. Nr. 2 has its own terrace. Nr. 8 is suitable for disabled people.
On the farm premises and in the midst of a well arranged garden you will find a large swimming pool 6 m x 14 m with a large terrace. All apartments have garden furniture and can dispose of 2 deckchairs and 2 sunbeds. There is a table tennis table. The distance from both Tuoro and Passignano is 1,5 km.
The prices per week for the 4-person apartments are Euro 620 in the
low season, euro 720 in the middle season and Euro 775 in the
high season. In case of a one week rental only, there is a surcharge of Euro 25. Prices are not inclusive of heating.
