Luxury villa in Umbria, Italy. The villa is set in a 100 hectare park with deer, three ponds, an internal pool that can be heated, beautiful furniture, open luxury kitchen, two bathrooms with jacuzzi, three bicycles and a canoo. The house is ideal for 7 people, but there are beds for up to 9 guests in total.
Le Poiane is a luxury villa in unbelievably spectacular settings, with everything you need for a wonderful holiday in Umbria. The 100 hectare property is totally fenced and has an automatic gate.
The villa is
located in the hills between Gubbio and Perugia. Enjoy the space of your own private park with many animals (amongst which you will find deer) and several lakes (one with fish in it), a river at the lower end of the property, an indoor swimming pool (with big doors that can open in the summer), a fitness machine in the pool area and much more ....
This luxury villa is on two levels, with doors to the outside on each level, as it is built against a slope. The views are excellent and there are two terraces covered with vines at different side of the villa. One terrace has a big wooden table, ideal for lunches and dinners in the open air. The living room and kitchen are one, in a beautiful space with roof windows in between the original wooden beams. There is a large antique table close to the kitchen area. The kitchen has just about everything one could ever want (dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, big fridge/freezer combination, 5 pit cooker, mixer, etc.).
The spacious living area of the luxury villa has a sofa, several comfortable chairs, an antique desk, several big indoor plants and a TV/radio with CD and home entertainment equipment. There are two double bedrooms. The master bedroom is extra large and has a fireplace and sitting area. Doors take you into the garden. One bedroom has one single bed while another bedrooms has two single beds. The extra two beds (if one needs them) can be made in a room upstairs. This room is the path to the pool. The top level of the house has a luxury bathroom with jacuzzi. The level below has a bathroom with bath and shower.
The prices are as follows (in Euro per week):
July and
August: 2,250 Prices are all inclusive, apart from heating in colder months. Heating is paid according to consumption. The security deposit is Euro 500. The owner can arrange the following for guests:
- Inflatable outdoor baby pool(dimension 2mt-3mtx50cm) is available
on request free of charge; How to book: you can send us an email indicating the period you would like to stay in this luxury villa. We will double check the availability with the owner and then confirm your booking in an email. The owner asks for a 30% booking deposit, payable via bank transfer. The balance should be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.
