This luxury villa sleeps a total of 12 people and consists of two houses. The main house and the cottage. Occasionally it is possible to rent the cottage only (see below for pictures and details of the cottage).

At the top of the stairs that lead from the main sitting room there
is a large games room. This has a snooker / table tennis table, sofa
and sitting area and a large selection of board and other games.
Pink Room
Bedroom with 2 singles or one double and ensuite bathroom with shower.
Master suite / Yellow Room
The master suite has large double bedroom , with stunning valley
views, and ensuite bathroom with shower and hydromassage bath.
Green Room
Bedroom with 2 singles or 1 double and ensuite bathroom with shower.
External
The house is surrounded by 2.5 acres of stunning gardens with mature olive trees, banks of lavender and shrubs
The main house is approached through a lovely courtyard , with the first floor still accessible via the original staircase. The main terrace, eating areas, pergola and horizon swimming pool, are adjacent to the main house.
The pool area has sun beds and loungers and a large covered pergola with seating for 8 and gas bbq.
There is an additional garden seating area with table and umbrella with seating for 6.
There is undercover parking for 2 cars and ample space with shade for other cars.
The cottage
The cottage is separate from the main house and has its own private garden, terrace and space.
There is an external covered terrace , with seating for four ,and stunning views of the surrounding forrests , Monte Acuto , the monastery, where you can hear the music of their bells each day.
Sitting Room
Very comfortable sitting room with sofas, TV and Sky, fire that can
also be pizza and bread oven and stereo.
Kitchen / Dinning area
Open plan kitchen and dinning area, with seating for 4 comfortably.
The kitchen is very well equipped with 4 gas hobs, oven, large fridge
and freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Bedroom 1
Bedroom with either 2 singles or one double with ensuite bathroom
with shower and hydoromassage bath.
Bedroom 2
Bedroom with either 2 singles or one double with ensuite bathroom
with shower.
Prices
The prices are as follows:
May and September:
The villa only is 2500 euro per week
The villa plus cottage is 2950 euro per week
In this period the cottage is not being rented on its own.
June, July and August:
The villa only is 3500 euro per week
The villa plus cottage is 4350 euro per week
In this period the cottage is not being rented on its own.
Rest of the year:
The villa is 1900 euro per week
Both villa and cottage are 2300 euro per week.
The cottage only is 750 euro per week
The cottage sleeps a maximum of 4 people and the villa a maximum of 8 people.

Linen for bedroom is provided
Kitchen linen including table cloths and tea towels is provided
Towels are provided
Separate pool towels are provided.
All bedrooms have a wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps
All bathrooms have hairdryers
We can at this moment not guarantee guests can play golf on the golf
course, since there has been a change of management.

How to book: you can send me an email indicating the the period you would like. I will double check the availability with the managers and then confirm your booking in an email. The managers will be contacting you then about the 30% booking deposit.
