This agriturismo is just outside the village of Lisciano Niccone, you can walk in a few minutes to the restaurants and get fresh bread without having to use the car. The apartments are comfortable, with good kitchens and spacious rooms. The garden of the agriturismo is well kept and complete with pool. There is a vegetable garden for exclusive use of the guests. One apartment has one bedroom, one has two bedrooms and the other two have 3 bedrooms each. The apartments for rent are as follows: Apartment Balco (4 + 2): 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom (one with shower, the other with bath), double sofabed in the living room, good kitchen, fire place. This apartment is on the first floor with outside stairs. Apartment Ceraso (2 + 1): 1 double bedroom with romantic arched space with an antique desk. Good kitchen, living room with fireplace. This apartment is on the ground floor and covers about 65 square meters. Apartment Granaio (6): 3 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin and a bedroom with bunkbeds). Apartment on the ground floor, with sit-in fireplace and good kitchen. Two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bath. The surface is about 100 m2. Apartment Fornacino (6): 3 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin and a bedroom with bunkbeds). This apartment is on the first floor, with outside stairs. Living room with fireplace and big kitchen. Two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bath. The well kept garden has a private pool (6 by 12 meters and 1.60 meters deep) with sunbeds and umbrellas. There is a separate pizza oven, also with barbeque. Immediately in front of the agriturismo a lawn has the outside furniture for each apartment. Lisciano Niccone, 3 minutes walk from the agriturismo, has 2 restaurants, a small grocery shop, a bar with excellent home made icecream. Mercatale is built against Lisciano Niccone and has another restaurant and bakery. Lisciano Niccone is 13 km from Lake Trasimeno, 35 from Perugia and 20 km from Cortona. The owners are farmers and have many fruit trees, make olive oil and some wine. They keep the vegetable garden for guests and have bycicles available upon request. Since Lisciano Niccone is in a valley, cycling is a pleasure through the valley, up to Citta di Castello or Umbertide.
