In the past, horses would stay here and the original rings where the horses used to be attached to, are still hanging in the age old wall. There is a sofa that can be turned into a comfortable bed for two. Furthermore on the ground floor you can find the official entrance and a washing machine. The stairs lead to the first floor with a very comfortable and well furnished living room with fire place. In one corner you can dine at the glass dining table. This room has an entrance at the back of the house, where you could sit outside (but not in a private area). The spacious and well appointed kitchen is around the corner, with fridge and freezer, dishwasher, oven and everything you need to prepare an excellent meal. On this floor there is furthermore a bathroom with handbasin and toilet. The open stairs lead to the top floor with master bedroom, having its own bathroom with shower. One wall is turned into closet space. No need to say you will never be able to fill this when on holiday. The second bedroom is a single bedroom that can be turned into a twin or double. The bathroom is in the hall and has a luxury hydromassage bath. Excellent to relax in after a day in Perugia or any of the worthwhile neighboring towns. Perugia centre still has the small shops with high quality food and delicacies. This makes a stay in Perugia even nicer, if one likes to cook and prepare a delicious but simple Italian meal. The price for the Perugia rental house is: for 2 people, in low season 520 euro pw, in high season 660 euro pw for 4 people, in low season 700 euro pw, in high season 1000 euro pw for 6 people, in low season 1000 euro pw, in high season 1200 euro pw Low season is from 1/11 to 15/12 and from 15/1 to 1/4. High season is from 1/4 to 1/11. The price includes linnen and towels. Final cleaning is 60 euro and electricity, gas and water are metered, so you pay what you consume.
