Casa Lago Trasimeno
The Dutch owned holiday home Casa Lago Trasimeno is situated in a residential area very close to the old centre of Tuoro.
The semi detached holiday home is fully furnished and very well appointed. Within 5 minutes one can walk to the centre of Tuoro, with a nice piazza and some shops. The beach on Lake Trasimeno is about 20 minutes walk.
There is free wifi in the house.

One enters the premises of the holiday home via an automatic gate. There is ample parking for one car in the shade. Behind the parking area one gets to the pool area with terrace. There is also a dining table for 6 under a shaded pergola.
The holiday home is semi detached and there are neighbors close by. The entrance to the garden and the garden itself is completely private.
There is an outside staircase with 16 steps to get to the entrance. One enters in the living room with to the right a few steps leading up to the two bedrooms sharing one bathroom (with bath, toilet, basin and washing machine). There is another small bathroom with toilet and shower. The bedrooms are both doubles and have ample closet space.
The pleasantly furnished living room has a comfortable sofa and two armchairs, satellite TV (with Dutch, English and Italian channels) and DVD player, radio via satellite and a filled bookcase. There is a fireplace.
The open plan kitchen is situated next to the living area and is fitted with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, big fridge with freezer, and 4 pit hub. The living room and kitchen have doors to the balcony with view on Lake Trasimeno. The balcony has a table for 4 and a small bench. There is a big umbrella. All windows have fly screens.
The living room has an air conditioning that can be used (not included in the price). The air conditioning in the bed room cannot be used.
The pool is 4 by 8 by 1,50 meter deep and has roman stairs. There is a spacious terrace next to it with sun beds and recliners and an dining table for 6.
