One enters the premises of villa Pascoli trough a small walk in gate. You can also enter through the garage. There are a few steps going up to the front door. On the right one finds the top outside dinner or breakfast table and further to the right the entrance to the swimming pool.
One enters villa Pascoli in the area between the living room and the open plan kitchen. The comfortable and pleasantly decorated living room has another door to the terrace and pool. There are two sofa's, a fireplace, a TV with dvd player and small music installation. The kitchen is very well appointed with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob with 4 pits and a big fridge with freezer. There is a dining table for eight in the space between the kitchen and the living area.
Open stairs lead up to the first floor with two spacious double bedrooms and one small single bedroom, sharing a bathroom with bath and shower in the bath. One of the double bedrooms is a twin.
Under the house one finds the garage where one can park a car (outside one other car can be parked under a pergola). Next to the garage is a small extra bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower and the washing machine.
The pool is 7 steps lower than the house entrance and has a spacious terrace with recliners, umbrella's, a dining table and a well maintained little garden. The pool is 8 by 4 meters and 1,50 meters deep, with Roman steps.

Prices are all inclusive (final cleaning, utilities, towels and bed linen). Guests bring their own pool towels. Heating in the colder seasons has to be paid extra.

If you are reading this feedback, its probably because you are considering renting Villa Pascoli for your holiday. I stayed there for four weeks in May 2011 with various friends and family members visiting during this time. The booking process was very simple and I received a very prompt and personal service from Saskia, both before my stay and as questions arose during it. The website described the house accurately. Financial transactions were dealt with easily. So, in respect of the company, Villa in Umbria, I can commend them highly. Turning to the house itself: Tuoro is not a particularly engaging town but it is exceptionally well situated for travel to Florence (I recommend taking the train from Terontola), Siena, Perugia, Assisi and many smaller towns and villages in Umbria and Tuscany. It is situated on the edge of the town so you have the advantage of being part of an Italian community but you face a beautiful hillside and the view extends to Lago di Trasimeno. The views are stunning. The house is exceptionally well presented, well furnished and decorated. The kitchen is well equipped and contains everything you need - including for when the house is fully occupied. When you don't feel like cooking, I Capricci di Merion is a wonderful restaurant less than 5 minutes walk from the house which we visited several times and I recommend it highly. Outside the house, there is a choice of eating areas with marble tables and the pool area has sunny and shady parts which is ideal for those who prefer not to have maximum exposure to the sun. The house is delightful and a credit to the owners.

Well, we can only say we enjoyed this location thouroughly.
All was perfect, we would like to say. A real recommendation, nothing is missing.
The villa has everything one could want and also the new pergola in front of the living room is wonderful. Beautiful views over Lake Trasimeno and nice to look out over the garden with pool.

We had a particularly nice holiday in Italy despite the weather being far from fantastic. We enjoyed every bit of sunshine and did some serious lounging by the pool. The villa really met our expectations. The moment we saw the house on your site we were sold and in reality it is fantastic as well. It was neat, clean, spacious and light. The pool had not been cleaned the first week probably because of the bad weather but our boys dipped in anyway. After a call to you, the pool was quickly cleaned.
We really can't fault anything and we will make sure to head to Italy in future. The surrounding area was well suited to making daytrips. In summer the lake will provide lots of entertainment.
