Romantic cottage on walking distance to San Giustino, a lively little town on the Umbria-Tuscany border with 5 restaurants, many bars and shops. Surprisingly the town of San Giustino also has an indoor swiming pool, open throughout the year. The cottage is set in a private garden, in very quiet settings. One hears the small river running at the bottom of the cottage (one can actually swim in the river). The furnishing of the cottage is romantic up to the last detail. There are 3 different terraces, two at the ground floor level and one on the bedroom level (which is also ground floor since the cottage is built against a hill). The well equipped kitchen is behind the living room. The kitchen has a big fridge and freezer, a dishwasher, a huge semi-professional cooker with 5 pits and two ovens, a marble table (the Italians say that a kitchen is only real if it has a table with marble table-top ... which obviously is used for making fresh pasta and bread), a fireplace to be used as a barbeque and storage cabinets. The staircase to the first floor is open. The first floor has a spacious bedroom with beautiful bed, small writing table, a big wardrobe, a chest and some chairs. There is a door to the outside terrace. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin. From the cottage one can take a nice walk through the woods. It is a ten minute stroll into town (San Giustino), with 5 restaurants, bars, shops and an indoor swimming pool, open throughout the year. The train station has trains to the centre of Perugia, Citta di Castello and Sansepolcro. From the centre of San Giustino one can also take a bus to Arezzo (from where trains go to Florence and Rome). The cottage is not suitable for children. PRICES of the romantic cottage (for 2): July and August: 850 euro per week May, June and September: 650 euro per week Rest of the year: 500 euro per week Prices are all inclusive, apart from heating in the colder periods. Bedlinnen and towels are provided.
