	Casale Marsciano private villa central Umbria Casale Marsciano is situated not far from Marsciano, centrally in Umbria, between Perugia and Todi. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. You can stay in this private villa for between 400 euro for two days, up to 1000 euro for 7 days in medium season (from 23/4 to 27/5 and from 27/8 to 30/9). The prices are as follows: 2 nights for 400 euro; 3 nights for 600 euro; 4 nights for 700 euro and 7 nights for 1000 euro.
	Casale Padronale in the North of Umbria bordering Tuscany Casale Padronale is a big private villa at the edge of a small village in Northern Umbria on the Tuscany border. It has special modern furnishing, a rare sight in Italy. You can rent this villa in the low and medium season paying for 2 days when staying three days. Also paying for 3 days and staying 4 days.
	La Tufaia private holiday villa Umbria Italy La Tufaia is a 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom villa with private pool in the North of Umbria, close to Montone. In April you can rent just the bottom floor (which has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathroom a good kitchen and a living area) and pay 30 euro per person per day, minimum number is 4. In May and June you can rent the bottom floor at a rate of 40 euro per person per day with minimum occupancy of 4 people. The pool will be open in May and June.
	Spoleto Villa antique holiday villa near Spoleto Spoleto villa is an antique villa with two floors. You can now rent the bottom floor only, with one bedroom, a living room and well equipped kitchen for the following prices (low season): 3 nights for 350 euro; 4 night for 450 euro; medium season: 3 nights 410 euro and 4 nights 520 euro. The final cleaning is 50 euro and heating, if needed, is 35 euro for 3 nights and 50 euro for 4 nights.
	Trasimeno Bungalow in Tuoro sul Trasimeno This cottage is in the village of Tuoro, very close to shops and restaurants. Tuoro beach is 20 minute walk. There are two bedrooms sharing one bathroom. In the low and medium season you can arrive any day of choice and stay minimum a week. The pool will be open from April to end of September. Prices are 550 or 650 euro per week, depending on the season.
	Umbrian villa Private holiday villa not far from Perugia in Umbria Italy. In the low and medium season you can rent the ground floor and have one ensuite bedroom, kitchen and living room, 3 nights for 300 euro in low and 450 euro in medium season and 4 nights for resp. 400 and 600 euro. You can also rent the whole villa with 5 ensuite bedrooms for 3 nights in low season for 425 and medium season for 550 euro. 4 nights are resp 450 and 650 euro.
	Villa Sanna holiday house on Tuscany-Umbria border This holiday house is close to Cortona on the Umbria-Tuscany border. 3 bedrooms and private pool. In the medium season (from 28/5 to 1/7) you can arrive any day of choice and stay minimum a week. The pool will be open from June to the end of September. Prices are 1300 euro per week.
