These two holiday apartments are identical, each with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room has a full open kitchen, fireplace, doors to the covered terrace and a double sofabed. Two bedrooms are doubles and the third is a twin, with one bed on top of the other. The bathrooms have a shower. The third apartment is on the first floor with private terrace overlooking the valley. The bathroom has both a bathtub and a separate shower. There is a fourth apartment on 50 meters distance from the house, attached to the house of the owners. This apartment has one bedroom that sleeps 4 people. It is on two floors and has a big covered terrace (not with view over Todi as in the main house). The last apartment is also attached to the owners house but totally ground floor and behind the house. It has one bedroom with a double and a single bed, a bathroom and a kitchen/living room with double sofa bed. There is a private covered terrace. This apartment can sleep 3+2 guests. The holiday house is situated just below the old village Loreto in the Todi district. Todi is about 10 minutes drive. You can do your shopping in the village on 3 km from this Umbrian house. Here you also find a restaurant specialised in the typical cuisine of Umbria. The prices for this house are as follows: Apartment 1 & 2 (each for 6 plus 2 people): For 6 guests: Euro 455 per week in the low season, Euro 680 per week in the medium season, Euro 800 per week in the high season and Euro 900 per week in the peak season. For 6 + 2 guests: Euro 525 per week in the low season, Euro 785 per week in the medium season, Euro 900 per week in the high season and Euro 1050 per week in the peak season. Apartment 3 on the first floor with private terrace: For 4 guests: Euro 370 per week in the low season, Euro 555 per week in the medium season, Euro 650 per week in the high season and Euro 780 per week in the peak season.
