Umbria, the green heart of Italy, is a beautiful region, where one
can still become the owner of an old stone house with several acres
of land, spending a reasonable amount of money. A good investment
therefore. However, finding the good deals on the local real estate
market is not always a piece of cake, when living abroad. It can be
extremely time consuming to find the right property for sale.
First you need to find trustworthy real estate agents, enquire about
the properties for sale, visit some properties and either making a
choice, or not having found the house of your dreams, you might have
to search for another real estate agent and go through the whole
process again. One also has to compare prices and search for the best
deals in terms of investment.
