Well furnished and cosy apartments for a good price with views over Lake Trasimeno, and only a 15 minutes drive to Cortona. The pool is situated in a small valley and very private. The garden is well kept and the owners very friendly - the daughter speaks English well.
Vacanze Lisa is centrally situated for visits to both Umbria and Tuscany. The old farm is part of a small group of houses and its four apartments are well kept without luxury, but with a homely touch. Two apartments (nrs. 3 and 4) are on the ground floor, the other two are on the first floor. The latter two share a stone staircase leading up to the front doors. Their terrace is in the garden downstairs. Apartment nr. 4 is the only apartment at the side of the pool, the other three apartments overlook the group of houses with a carpentar's storage place (covered) in front. Each apartment has a kitchen with oven, gas cooker, refrigerator with freezer, dining table and (sleeping) couch. There is one bathroom with shower and hairdryer in each apartment. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. There are fleenets in front of all windows.
Vacanze Lisa belongs to the village Tuoro sul Trasimeno in Umbria at 6 km, though Terontola in Tuscany at 2 kms is nearby and has direct train connections to both Rome (about 2 hours) and Florence (about 1.5 hour). Cortona is about 8 km away. The privately situated pool is 6m x 12m and 1.20m to 2.00m deep. There is garden furniture for every apartment with an umbrella, a BBQ for common use, as well as a washing machine for which they ask EUR 4 per wash. Parking is on the premises.

Prices are inclusive of bedlinnen, towels for use in the house and
utilities. Cleaning has to be paid separately (Eur 30 for 2-3 people,
Eur 50 for 4-5 people), as well as the heating for which you pay what
you consume. |

Dear Saskia and Willemijn, Price/quality of Vacanze Lisa is good. Owners are very friendly and hospitable. We even got a home made cake from the mother of the family. The surroundings are very beautiful with a lot to see within short distance. The apartment itself was spacious and clean. The poool is good and well taken care of. A holiday address to recommend! Hello, We were in Vacanze Lisa and it was just perfect. Lovely pool, good apartment with good bathroom and I liked the kitchen. All very homy. They also have mountainbikes which we used quite often. The surroundings are very beautiful and our hosts very kind. During the night it was very hot, but probably we left doors and windows open during the day. Something, I noticed, Itlians do not do. There may be a reason for this! The mattrass was too hard for me. We'd love to come back next year to the same apartment. Regards and thank you too for this lovely vacation. Yoanette
Hello Saskia and Willemijn, We had some small hick ups during our holiday (car broke, child sick) but it wasn't something the owner could avoid. The house was just fine, spacious, clean and well furnitured. The children enjoyed the pool a lot. The owners are very friendly and helpful and luckily Elisa speaks English quite well. We even got some home made marmelade. In short: we will be back! The information we got from you was good, apart from the distance to restaurants in Tuoro. This is NOT walking distance. Please do add our feed back to the website, though it'll probably mean that more people discover this place. I'd would have liked to keep it our little secret! Dear Saskia and Willemijn, We were very content with our appartment Tuoro. We woud like to stay here once more, but we came to know that it is often occupied.
