Luxury villa in Southern Umbria (less than an hour from Rome), with 6 ensuite bedrooms, professional kitchen, private fenced garden with 14 meter swimming pool, nice views and in a very quiet but central location. This luxury villa can be rented as a private vacation villa or also with the service of a cook and extra cleaning every day. The villa is 2 km from the Carsulae ruins (pre Roman ruins) and surrounded by some famous and antique thermal centres (Terme di San Gemini and Terme dell'Amerino). There is ample parking at the side of the villa. The pool is in front of the villa and is 7 by 14 meters. There are umbrellas and sunbeds available around the pool. The pool is opn from the beginning of May to the end of September.    The front door of the villa opens into the dining area with on the left a professional kitchen in stainless steel, with italian coffee machine, 6 pit cooker, two ovens, two fridges, dishwasher, cooking island and a large number of pots and pans. The ground floor furthermore has 5 bedrooms each with a private bathroom (one with bath, the others with showers). One of the bathrooms is also suitable for wheelchair users.       The first floor has a large living room with huge windows from where one can enjoy the quiet countryside around. There is a washing machine here too and one very big suite style bedroom with double bed and bathroom. The luxury villa has a few bicycles available for guests to use. Each room has airconditioning. The windows have fly screens. The very friendly owners of the villa live on two kilometers where they run a big farm with animals. Guests are very welcome to come and visit and one can taste the products like honey, cheese and the superb quality chianina meat. The villa is easy to reach, all on tar roads apart from the last 600 meters. This is gravel but well maintained and flat. The closest entrance to the high way is on 4 km. One does not hear the highway or any other noice from the villa. Also gas in the colder months is excluded. Bedlinnen and towels are provided (no pool towels). The villa is suitable for wheelchair users.  Pets are not welcome.
