Beautifully situated antique villa originally from an aristocratic Italian family. A magnificient spot in Umbria, just outside Foligno. Beautiful views, quiet and yet centrally located. The villa has luxury fittings and is surrounded by a nice and well kept garden with several terraces to enjoy outside life. The villa furthermore has a snooker room. This luxury villa in Umbria can sleep up to 11 guests comfortably. The main villa sleeps 9 guests in 5 bedrooms (sharing 3 bathrooms) and the apartment sleeps 2 (with one bathroom). The apartment has its own independent entrance. Also on the ground floor are the snooker room, the laundry room, the kitchen to be used when dining outside. The garden has many sitting areas in sun or shade. There is a long outside dining table and the already mentioned outside living room.      First floor (which is ground floor from the top of the villa): Entrance to the main villa (one can enter through the main entrance or at the side of the house, near the kitchen). Fully equipped kitchen and outside a nice dining table viewing the pool. Dining area. Sitting room with fire place. Bedroom (twin). Bathroom with bath.    Second floor: Master bedroom with a double bed and bathroom with shower and bath. Two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom sharing another bathroom with shower.       The furniture is all beautiful family antique. The villa has a warm atmosphere and one senses everywhere that a lot of care went into it. The villa near Foligno has wifi for internet access. Do bring your own laptop. The pool is 5 by 10 meters and between 1,30 and 2 meters deep circa. The prices of villa Foligno are: For the main house (sleeps 10): July, August (3/7 - 28/8): Euro 2300 per week May, June (1/5 - 3/7) and September (28/8 - 2/10): Euro 1400 per week April (3/4 - 1/5) and October (2/10 - 30/10): Euro 1200 per week (pool closed). The apartment can only be rented by the same group that is renting the main house at a price of 300 euro per week in any period. Prices do not include final cleaning (200 euro), gas and electricity (as per consumption at a rate of 0.45 euro per kW). Bedlinnen and towels are provided (no pool towels). HOW TO BOOK VILLA FOLIGNO Booking can be done by sending us an email (see contact Villa in Umbria for details) specifying the house name, the period you would like and your adrress and telephone number. We will then get back to you as soon as we have double checked availability with the owner. Payment is 40% upon booking and the rest one month prior to arrival. The security deposit is 500 euro. Animals are not allowed in or around villa Foligno.
