Send this page to a friend Comments of guests availability holiday villa with private pool where to find this holiday villa with private pool in Umbria Holiday villa Villa Sanna, at only eight kilometres from Tuoro sul Trasimeno, four kilometres from Mercatale and twenty kilometres from Cortona in Tuscany, is an old farm situated on the edge of a forest overlooking the Niccone Valley and the Pierlo Castle. A very spacious villa of about 400 sqm for a family of up to eight people. There is a large pool of 14m by 7m and 1.50m tot 2.50m deep. There are a few trees around for shade on hot summer days. Around the holiday villa there are three terraces to sit outside. At the back of the villa the owners have made a specious terrace overlooking the valley with stunning views of the old castle of Pierlo. The villa is surrounded by a few acres of grounds with olive trees, woods and a small natural pond. This holiday villa is very private, but nontheless only about 150 metres from the provincial road leading from Lake Trasimeno to Niccone and Umbertide and connecting with the road leading to Cortona in Tuscany. The villa has been renovated about twenty years ago preserving the old wooden beams in the ceilings, the old stone walls and the large open spaces. There is a large entrance with on one side the living room with open fire place and on the other side the well equiped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, 4 pits gas stove and an oven. There are doors directly from the kitchen to one of the terraces outside. The sitting room has three arched doors to the outside and also the dining room has a large door. The first floor of the villa has three double bedrooms and a twin room. All large and spacious. There are two bathrooms, one upstairs with shower and bath, and the other downstairs with a bath with handshower. The first floor has a second small kitchen and sitting room. The house can be divided in two apartments, but we rent it out as one. There is a third small studio downstairs which the owner keeps closed. Outside, in a separate shed, is the washing machine. The villa has a television.      Prices of the holiday villa are as follows: July & August - Euro 1800 per week, all inclusive Rest of the year: Euro 1100, plus Eur 200 for cleaning and utilities per week. Please note the pool is open from June to September, not in May Eventual heating is not included in the rental price and is paid as per consumption. Bedlinnen and towels are provided (no pool towels).
