Rundum den Trasimenischen See<\/h2>\n

Der Trasmenische See liegt in Zentral-Italien und wird von gro\u00dfen St\u00e4dten umringt wie: Assisi, Orvieto, Perugia in Umbrien aber auch Arezzo, Cortona, Florence und Siena in der Toskana. Auf den H\u00fcgeln rundum den See liegen Paciano, Panicale, Citt\u00e0 della Pieve und Chiusi. Andere Orte am Ufer des Sees sind Castiglione del Lago, Passignano sul Trasimeno, Tuoro sul Trasimeno und San Feliciano (Magione).<\/p>\n

In dem See liegen drei Inseln: Isola Maggiore, Isola Minore und Isola Polvese. Isola Maggiore kann man einfach besuchen von Tuoro sul Trasimeno, Passignano sul Trasimeno und Castiglione del Lago. Die F\u00e4hren ben\u00f6tigen ungef\u00e4hr 10 Minuten f\u00fcr die \u00dcberfahrt. Auf der Insel Isola Maggiore gibt es gute Fischrestaurants, ein Kl\u00f6ppelmuseum und eine Reihe von Souvenirl\u00e4den. Die Insel Isola Polvese ist ein Naturschutzgebiet und kann auch mit der F\u00e4hre besucht werden. Dort gibt es auch einen h\u00fcbschen Strand<\/p>\n

Castiglione del Lago<\/p>\n

Auf einem Felsen liegt das Castello Rocca del Leone, von wo man eine herrliche Aussicht \u00fcber den See hat. Fr\u00fcher war es der Sitz eines Etruskischen Heiligtums, aber auch der R\u00f6mische Ursprung ist im Stadtzentrum deutlich zu sehen. Rundum die Burg liegt ein sch\u00f6ner Park mit Spazierwegen.<\/p>\n

Restaurant, Eissalons und Terrassen am See sind im Sommer ge\u00f6ffnet. Im Zentrum gibt es kleine, gem\u00fctliche Bars, Essgelegenheiten und Delikatessenl\u00e4den, die das ganze jahr \u00fcber ge\u00f6ffnet sind. Jedes Jahr wird La Festa del Tulipano \u201eTulpenfestival\u201c organisiert. Umzugswagen fahren durch das Zentrum von Castiglione del Lago und es gibt weitere Umz\u00fcge undFestivit\u00e4ten. Castello Rocca del Leone. \u00dcber eine Laufbr\u00fccke kommt man vom Palazzo della Corgna zum Schloss \u201eRocca del Leone\u201c. Ein f\u00fcnfeckiger Hof mit vier T\u00fcrmen und einem dreieckigem Hauptturm, erbaut in 1247.<\/p>\n

Il Palazzo della Corgna. Dieses Rathaus ist ein Beispiel der Italienischen Renaissance. Das Geb\u00e4ude wurde um 1500 errichtet von Galeazzo Alessi, und sp\u00e4ter von Ascanio della Corgna vollendet. In dem Palast kann man pr\u00e4chtige Freskos von Niccol\u00f2 Circignani en Francesco Pomarancio bewundern.<\/p>\n

Santa Maria Maddalena ist eine Kirche von 1863. Passignano sul Trasimeno<\/p>\n

Passignano sul Trasimeno ist ein mittelalterliches Dorf mit der Resten einer starken Burg mit Blick \u00fcber den See. Fr\u00fcher war es ein kleines Fischerdorf. Der Palio delle Barche ist ein j\u00e4hrliches Fest (ende Juli) im Zentrum von Passignano. Am letzten Sonntag dieses festes findet ein Bootsrennen zwischen den vier Ortsteilen statt, sowie ein historischer Umzug. In Castel Rigone, einem ort in der N\u00e4he von Passignano sul Trasimeno, den tempel von Santa Maria (ende 14. Entlang Hannibals route sind hier und da Schilder aufgestellt, die erkl\u00e4ren, wie die schlacht 217 v. Chr. Verlief. Wenn Sie den Schildern in der richtigen Reihenfolge folgen, verstehen Sie die geschichte und erfahren, was an dieser Stelle passierte. Ein Besuch der Isola Maggiore, die einzige Insel, die noch bewohnt ist. 1212 ging der heilige Franziskus von Assisi auf die Insel, um die fastenzeit zu verbringen. Nach der \u00dcberlieferung benutzte er einen Stein als Kopfkissen und ja, der liegt da immer noch (?) und mit einiger Fantasie kann man in den Kieseln seine Fu\u00dfabdr\u00fccke sehen, als er an Land ging. Die Aussicht ist herrlich, in der Ferne sieht man Trevi liegen. In der Umgebung wird der bekannte Sagrantino Wein hergestellt. F\u00fcr Weinliebhaber ist Montefalco ein \u201eMuss\u201c. Bei verschiedenen Winzern kann man ohne Voranmeldung vorbei kommen und den Wein probieren.<\/p>\n

In der gr\u00fcnen Umgebung nord\u00f6stlich von Montefalco liegt Bevagna. Der Ort hat alte festungsmauern und liegt an dem Fl\u00fc\u00dfchen Teverone. Die Piazza Filippo Silvestri ist seit dem 12. und 13. Jhd. Das Herz Bevagnas. Hier kommen die Bewohner gerne zusammen. Die umgebenden Geb\u00e4ude sind mittelalterlich, nur der Springbrunnen in der Mitte kommt aus einer anderen Zeit. Fr\u00fcher gab es auch ein Amphitheater und B\u00e4der (Mosaikb\u00f6den). Bevagna ist nur acht Kilometer von Foligno entfernt. Bevagna, das antike Mevania, an der Via Flaminia, bl\u00fchte in der R\u00f6merzeit. Es war ein wichtiger Hafen f\u00fcr Transporte von und nach Rom. Sp\u00e4ter predigte Sint Franciscus den Tieren an den Stadttoren. Bevagna ist ein St\u00e4dtchen, das sicher einen besuch wert ist. Jedes Jahr im Juni herscht in bevagna eine mittelalterliche Sph\u00e4re mit Tournieren und Wettk\u00e4mpfen der vier Stadteile: Mercato delle Gaite. Absolut ein besuch wert, wenn Sie im Juni in Umbrien sind.<\/span><\/p>\n

Piazza del Popolo ist der Platz im Zentrum von Todi. Er wird von den drei imposantesten Pal\u00e4sten Todis umgeben. Der Palazzo del capitano, wo sich die Pinacoteca befindet, der Palazzo del Popolo mit dem Erdgeschoss und S\u00e4ulengalerie und der Palazzo del Priori (Rathaus), das Sympol der Stadt.<\/p>\n

Hier f\u00fchrt eine Treppe zur Krypta mit den stofflichen \u00dcberresten von Franziskus. An den W\u00e4nden sieht man Reste von pr\u00e4chtigen Malereien. An einer Wand das Leben von Franziskus, an der anderen die Leidensgeschichte Jesus Christus. Auch der Hochaltar und das Querschiff sind mit sch\u00f6nen Malereien ausgestattet. Im S\u00fcden der Basilika liegt das Kloster.<\/p>\n

Die obere Kirche hat ein gotisches Mittelschiff, bedeckt mit Fresken. Das Schiff hat zwei getrennte Freskenzyklen von Giotto. Der erste Freskenzyklus oben zeigt biblische Szenen, der zweite Freskenzyklus die Geschichte von Sint Franciscus.<\/p>\n

Die Santa Chiara Kirche. Diese Kirche stammt aus dem 13. Jhd. Es ist eine gotische Kirche, wo der Leichnam von Chiara und einige Besitzt\u00fcmer und Kleidungsst\u00fccke von ihr befinden. Innen k\u00f6nnen Sie Fresken von Giotto und anderen Umbrischen K\u00fcnstlern bewundern.<\/p>\n

Rocca Maggiore ist eine Burg aus dem 14. Jhd. Vom Turm aus hat man eine hervorragende Aussicht.<\/p>\n

Im Zentrum kann man Grabsteine und Urnen bewundern, aber der H\u00f6hepunkt sind die sieben bronzenen Tafeln mit Umbrischer und auch Etruskischer Sprache, die jetzt aber verschwunden ist. Auch Fresken und Keramiken aus der Umgebung sind im Museum zu sehen.<\/p>\n
