Please follow these directions to get to the villa and do not blindly trust your navigator.

Upon arrival you will pay the remainder of the rental sum in cash, together with the security deposit if €300.


Take the E45 from Cesena – Roma.
Exit at Promano (from the North this is just South of Citta di Castello; coming from the South this is just north of Umbertide and Montone).
Follow in direction of Trestina.
At the roundabout just after the bridge over the Tiber river, follow direction Morra (to the right). Put your counter of the kms to 0 and follow the road for 5.6 km, turn left here (just after a small sports field), keep on the tar road and on exactly 6.8 km (on your counter) the tar road finishes. Keep on driving on this road and at 7.1 km on your counter turn right, then at 7.3 km again right. This road will take you up to the gate of Badia, which is at 8.1 km.

In the house you will find a list with restaurants the owner recommends in the area. In Trestina as well as in Morra you can find several supermarkets where you can do all shopping.

In Badia di Petroia (where you leave the main road) you will find a small shop and a bar. There is a short cut from the villa, that will lead you to Badia di Petroia in about 15 minutes walking.
